Work was very well done. They quickly removed all old carpeting and trimmed the existing vinyl in kitchen. They did an excellent job undercutting around the fireplace, and then finished with replacing all trim. Work was done very quickly, and the team cleaned up perfectly.

The installers were there on time. After the installers left I noticed where they seamed the carpet together, it was highly visible. Also noticed several scratches on differenct peices of my furniture. I have a lot of new furniture so I know it was not already there. Also broke a peice of molding around the bottom of one my of dressers. Ceramic tile was broken where the carpet meets the tile. I just had this piece replaced last year.

Great, highly recommend. Second time working with this company and both times were great. I met with Warren and he knew my flooring allowance and had an array of choices laid out when I met with him. I was a bit overwhelmed and Warren asked about my likes and dislikes , pets ( dog and cat ) and really helped me narrow down my choices. I made my choices Shaw reclaimed wood series in sawhorse, and Shaw carpet . Warren had me take the samples home and look at them in different lighting. So great.

The installation for two rooms was completed very efficiently in one morning. The installer arrived on time, worked steadily, and did a good job.

Vernon was particularly helpful. We discussed several options and arrived at a solution that fit our budget. We are extremely pleased with Vernon. He explained in detail the pros and cons of each selection and did not push us to make a decision. The installation was delayed as there appeared to be some confusion about the start time, but that was quickly resolved with a telephone call to Floorida floors. Installers arrived within 30 minutes of my call and were able to complete the installation in 4.5 hours.

The customer service at the store was excellent. They came out and measured promptly and gave me a quote quickly. The installation crew was prompt, professional and efficient. Overall I was very pleased with my entire experience.

I have used Floorida for the 15 years we've lived here including our house, a condo we own, and my office. They do great work and have matched or beat the prices of other stores.

I needed to replace some very only old carpet in my house, replace the vinyl in my hall bathroom and re-do the flooring at my entryway. The original wood flooring at entryway was beginning to buckle so I decided to replace it with vinyl as well as enlarge the area to include flooring of a small closet. Initially it took me over a month to choose the flooring and carpet I wanted at Floorida Flooring because they have such an extensive selection but I worked with Vernon who was more than understanding and did not try to rush me at all. He was genuinely concerned that I choose the right carpet and vinyl that would fit my needs as well my budget. Once I had made my decision though, my new flooring was installed within a week (and that is with the carpet having to be ordered). The vinyl was installed on 9/11 by Kevin who did an excellent job. Kevin was on time, was quick and efficient and did an awesome job. The following Friday, 9/13, Steve and his son Andrew arrived to remove old carpet and install new carpet. I was amazed at how quick and methodical they were, especially having to move all my furniture and items I had packed in boxes. Needless to say, I am more than thrilled with my experience with Floorida Flooring - from the first day I walked into their store to the day the job was complete!

We went to quite a bit of trouble to diagram and measure 2 options for replacement of our carpet with vinyl. They never called us. Wish we hadn't given them the only copy of our detailed diagram.

We did not use them because my daughter's landlord arranged to have it fixed. They were very nice and helpful.

They were good. They were just very helpful. The came in right away. He went above and beyond and made suggestions. He emailed me samples because I actually wasn't in town. He was very knowledgeable. They had the lowest rate out of everybody that I tried.

Mr. Warren Weeks was very professional and helped us pick out tile and border for our home. During our visit, we were allowed to browse the store without interruption. Once we had made our selections, he offered suggestions and came out to our home to take measurements. It took about 3 weeks for the tile to come in because it was a specialty tile. Once the tile came in, Armen Atayants with R-Men Tile and Remodeling came out to our home to see where he would be laying the tile. He is also very professional and was able to offer suggestions on layouts and designs, choices of grout, etc. He was most professional and always arrived early. He was even able to call his brother to help stabilize our sun room (which is not on a slab) prior to laying the tile there. He really cares about doing not just a good job, but a perfect job. I highly recommend using both companies. R-Men is an independent company and Floorida Floors contracts them to do the work. R-Men also does other home modifications. We are so happy with them that we will be hiring them to rebuild our back porch. Their number is 850-591-3693.

They ordered the carpet promptly and were very nice. My installer picked it up and delivered it to us.

Floorida Floors did an amazing job! They removed and installed carpet at our rental townhouse. The manager was really accommodating (we live out of state). The turn around time was 5 business days (not counting the weekend) which was amazing! The price was also competitive to the major competition (Home Depot and Lowes).

They were great and we are very pleased with them. We actually had a little problem because there was a flaw in the carpet and they just had us bring it back in and replaced the whole carpet.

Company provided estimate for removal and recarpet of stairs and upstairs bedrooms. We accepted the proposal for the job and the material arrived the next week. Installation went very smoothly and quality of workmanship was exceptional. Everything about this job - from the initial estimate to the final payment, went without a hitch. Easy to work with and showed a true desire to satisfy customer.

This was a great experience. The person we worked with at Floorida Floors, Warren Weeks, was knowledgeable, very responsive, and easy to work with. He provided information, offered suggestions, but never pushed us. We spent several weeks deciding on exactly the right flooring, and he was always there to provide any help we needed. Once we decided, the installation experience was equally good. Floorida Floors used Marat Grigoryan, and he did an outstanding job. He and his crew are friendly yet professional, and they worked quickly but carefully. The one problem with the installation was a threshold that would not lie flat because the wood was warped. Warren and Marat were very responsive in making sure that this problem was fixed. This was the second time I worked with this company. The first involved the installation of tile in two rooms. That experience was equally good. I recommend these two, Warren Weeks at Floorida Floors, and Marat Grigoryan, without reservation.

We had done some price shopping and knew what we were in the market for spending. We were urged to check out Floorida Floors by a co-worker. We were pleasantly surprised with how friendly and forthcoming the salespeople were. We mainly dealt with Vernon (who was wonderful). He came out and did an estimate on the house and gave us samples to try out. Both Vernon and the other saleman, Ron, were very informative and not at all pushy. Because we were in a time crunch we told them we needed the carpets installed before the laminate. The carpet installers were very prompt and required no supervision. They even had the foresight to leave extra carpet so that the subfloor dust would not get transferred to the new carpet. The laminate installers were very prompt and courteous, as well. They started by leveling the subflooring and asked how we wanted the laminate laid which was very thoughtful. Though the wrong amount of laminate had arrived, both Vernon and the laminate installers worked diligently to correct the problem to suit our rigid time-constraints. Overall, it was a pleasure to do business with Floorida Floors.
