Called about a problem with my unit's fan not coming on when it's supposed to, (not about any fan vibration) that's important later. The tech showed up and recomend I change the fan motor to a universal one so I agreed. After a bit he informed me he couldn't get the old fan blades off all the way so he was reinstalling the fan motor and would have the office check on a replacement. I was told by the tech that the unit was fine to use in the meantime. After being quoted a extremely large price for new fan blades along with the new universal motor I decided not to invest over a grand into a unit I plan on replacing soon anyways since just turning the unit off for a few minutes then turning it back on seemed to start the fan back on anyways. However, here comes the part about the vibration. 2 days after the tech reinstalled the fan it started a vibration and ultimately destroyed the blades on the fan along with my unit. As the tech couldn't get the blades off the motor, it seems he couldn't get them all the way back on either causing the vibration and ultimate failure of my unit. I called and spoke with the office manager. She told me the tech said that the fan motor was vibrating before he removed it. I assure you it was not. So basically I paid money for this company to destroy what was left of my unit. No responsibility was taken or offered. I started with an ac the worked fone the majority of the time only to have a busted up unit 2 days after a vist from this company. Please save your money and go with someone else. This company will screw you over. I will not be replacing my unit with them!

Awesome!.. and it was 27° the day before yesterday, and some of the people thought it was too warm in house( I did not!)but the installation went really smooth,they even hauled my old 4ton Package unit off no extra cost,and was happy to do it.they did a great job of leveling the pad and positioned the unit where critters could not take advantage of any gaps between house and unit. These folks know their stuff,and aren't going to take any shortcuts. Thanks E&B!... and thank God for the financing options I got so I don't have to fork up the cost ( which was really great)all at once..no other contractor offered that...

They came before time, which was great, found the problem right away, was able to fix right then, they were so good I signed up for maintenance plan for rest of year. Cost of service includes annual maintenance fee.

Found and fixed issue

Installed new system. E & B was the only provider that could match the configuration we wanted. They were really good  about discussing options with me. They explained things to me, trust is a very big thing. I was pleased with their answers and they were good on advise.

I was very satisfied with the work done. The technician, Chris D., was on time and very professional. He explained the work he did and informed me of the Service Club membership - which I will sign up for. I was very pleased with the entire process.

The technician was great. He went over everything at length, cleaned the system thoroughly, and gave lots of advice. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.

A different AC service provider used before E&B came and cleaned my vents, but in doing so they reconnected my ducts incorrectly and consequently they shorten one AC unit (so one unit was only partially working). After that visit, I purchased the E&B inspection coupon and they fixed everything. Very nice work.

Our AC stopped. They sent Archee to assess if it could be fixed. Given the age of the equipment (over 20 years) he recommended replacement. We had a quote in the same visit. They showed on time for the installe cleaned up after themselves, were courterous and helpfull

The service representative was very prompt, professional, and honest.

Here promptly at 9:00am. Completed by 2:30. All paperwork and explanations by 3:15pm.

All aspects went well and as committed to by E&B during all discussion periods.

They do all of my A/C work. I love them. They are very good. I was very happy with the service. They were here on time even a little early. Kevin is the technician I request when I need service.

They did a neat job installing the unit. They were very professional and cleaned up any trash that they created.

Exceptional and very willing to work with our limitations monetarily it was very stress-free

They were great. I actually had to pay a little bit more because there was some sort of cooling agent or something like that, that was low so I paid for that. Then there was a floater that was attached to the machine was broken so they replaced that so I ended up paying about $200 or something dollars for those 2.

I also did sign up for, they have this thing called tiers of membership, and I did end up signing for the Bronze membership which entitles us to a free annual checkup, a tuneup similar to what I pre-paid for on Angie's List. That gave us a 20% discount on the floater and the cooling agent too. Over all I thought he was really helpful, he was friendly, I was happy with the service.

We did notice after he added the cooling agent our a/c kicked on a lot easier and because our heating and a/c units all in one , I also noticed the heat also came on a lot more powerful as well. So it was helpful. 

I thought he was willing to explain everything to me, he was friendly, courteous. And honestly, I knew there was probably going to be additional charge because we have lived in this house for 3 years and never had the a/c looked at so I was happy it was just $300. 

They do include a guarantee for whatever reason for whatever they install breaks down, they will, I believe, come back and fix it. They came very quickly and easy to schedule. He was on time. 

Very professional and patient. They allowed me to ask all the questions needed to make the right choice for our home. We love our new AC system!

I am very happy with the professionalism of E&B during the install of our new system. Kevin, Mario and Chris from E&B completed the work as promised, with the utmost courtesy and efficiency that I was genuinely surprised. My expectations were for a long day of waiting, cleaning up after them and having to manage the project to ensure I got what I was paying for. I could not have been more wrong. Apart from the new hardware inside and outside of my house, you would not even know that they were there. They made special efforts to make sure the house was protected as they worked, that they cleaned up when they left, and that I was aware of everything they were doing. In addition, Archie the tech who tried his best to save our old system this close to Christmas, and Casey (sp?) in the office who worked with the scheduling and any questions I had, were also very professional and courteous. They all turned a difficult situation into a painless and professional experience.

The crew arrived at my residence before 9 AM, as promised and the job completed by 3PM. They were extremely professional and very complete. Every step was covered by their representative before work was started so I had no questions other than "what are you doing now" and "what's that for"? I asked a lot of questions they answered very courtesly, did not seem destrubed because I wanted to know what they were doing . I would most definitely hire them again f I had the same need.

Very nice young man did a great job - have E&B for 10 years very satisfied.

Keith & Mario were on time, answered my questions took care to make a clean environment for their work, respected my properly, did a good job & in a timely fashion. Priced fairly.
