+ -1 moreEverything worked well util July 11 this year when we’ve got a strong leak from the A/C system that damaged the ceiling and floor in the leaving room. The company fixed the leak. However, they never responded to my request/letter to discuss the scale of damages and to provide me with their insurance information. Yes, I hired the company because they beat the price. Did I safe money? No! Now, I have to spend a lot of money, time and efforts to fix the damages. Now, I understand better that price really reflects Quality!
Description of Work: The company replaced our old A/C furnace by a new 2-ton gas furnace and added a 2 ton heat pump upstairs.
