It goes fabulous. They are so nice and polite. They care about their customers. You are not another number, with them you are person.

The installation of the unit had the filter access panel backed up to the door opening and when the finish carpenters installed the HVAC, air handler room entry door there was not enough clearance to replace the filter without bending the filter into half causing the filter to not fit in the housing properly. Had contracted them to come out and replace the filter access panel, but they continue to send emails about rescheduling the install and not returning my calls to finish the job. This has gone on for the past three months.

Quote was 20% less than three other competitors. They stuck to it even though they had to rebuild the supporting framework for the larger air handler in the attic. They were very thorough and communicated well throughout the process. One of the techs accidentally put his foot through our kitchen ceiling towards the end of the day and they had it repaired like new before the week was out. They also supplied us with all of the supporting paperwork so that we had no problem getting our energy rebates from the city and on our federal tax returns.

Prior to their last visit, our air conditioning had gone out. The original people who put in our air conditioner were not ready to travel out. We had to look for somebody who was willing to come out. Donald A Guy Heating & Cooling came out and they were wonderful. They are one of the companies that offer a maintenance plan where they come out two or three times a year to do a checkup on the heating and air system. They do general clean up and make sure that everything is in working order. If they have to come back and replace something, they give a discount on any of the parts. We have used them twice. We have recommended them and other people in our family use them as well.
