+ -1 moreThey were very good. I have been a customer for so long, I don't think I was charged anything at that time to get an upgrade. I've been with them for over 10 years. They're always pretty responsive when I contact them.

+ -1 moreWe have very good channels to choose from. We don't have access to cable so we use them and I definitely went with them because their price is better, and their operation system is easy. I'm happy with their service but I'm not happy the way they are raising the price.
