Locksmith was irresponsible about the entire job; They botched the job, missed scheduled appointments. A total disaster.

No show for appointment. Called me a few days later.

Joe came exactly when he said he would and performed his job very professionally.

I called on Tuesday. I needed my whole house rekeyed. I was told they would not be able to come out until the next Monday, which was very inconvenient, but I was ok with it. I agreed to Monday between the the time of 11 am and 12 pm. I was told someone would call me before. No one did. I called to see what was going on, someone answered and put me on hold. I don't understand what their problem is. If you don't want to service someone, you should come out and say it, not give people the run around. I am very disappointed in Angie's List for recommending these people. If this is your best locksmith, I don't want to see your worst.

The locksmith was very courteous and professional. He did the job to our satifaction. Will use again in the future for other locksmith needs.

connected with them thru AAA. They were out within the hour, opened car and took lock core back to shop for some work. He also tried to work computer program for a less expensive key. Work was completed and he had me use key for door and to start car so I knew it worked even though he'd already tested it.

That went well. We went to them and had some things rekeyed. It was under twenty dollars. They do a good job for a good price and we've used them before.

The girl took the info of what I needed and where I lived and told me someone would be there in the afternoon, probably late afternoon. NO ONE came or called. On Saturday, I called again and was met with rudeness and abruptness.

They are always very prompt. I first started using them because when I accidentally locked my keys in my car couple times and they were always very quick to come out. I was pleased with them. They have been so good with getting into my car. They were very punctual. Pricing was very reasonable.
