David Quick Appliance Repair

Horrible business!! My home warranty sent these people to fix my refridgerator, took my money, said I just needed to change my filter but wrote I had a bad valve on my invoice. Then they ordered parts from my home warranty that I didn't need and now are avoiding me! Sears came today to fix it and all it needed was my water line to be thawed out, it was frozen. These people are crooks!! My home warranty is not happy either after ripping them off as well!!

I was referred to them by a local repair shop that didn't handle Samsung dishwashers. I called to make an appointment and was treated horribly! The person that answered the phone was incredibly rude. She answered the phone and I told her I was referred and needed help with a Samsung dishwasher. She asked was brand it was. This confused me because I already told her it was a SAMSUNG dishwasher. I told her I didn't understand her question. She then started listing brands...one of which was Samsung so I said, yes - it's a Samsung. She them shouted "SAMSUNG IS BRAND". I reminded her that my first statement to her included the brand. I told her to disregard my call, I would get someone else to help me. Certainly I don't need to be yelled at to get service, right?! I can only imagine how awful their customer service is once they are invited into my home. I will NEVER use Quick and hope you won't either!!

So far no more leaks. Hopefully this fixed the problem.
