They came and cleaned my townhouse top to bottom and did a fantastic job!! My only recommendation is when cleaning they should try and put things back were they originally were. I had a hard time locating a couple items but otherwise I will be hiring them again for monthly cleaning of my townhouse.

A typical bait & switch offer. We have a small house that has been professionally cleaned every three weeks, so it is not a neglected, filthy hovel. My wife received a call from the worker after the three hours that were paid for had expired and was told that the time was up and that if she wanted the rest of the house (two rooms) cleaned that she would have to approve it. It took another two hours and cost an additional $60! In ten years we have never paid for five hours of house cleaning as it is only a 1500 sq ft six room house that had been professionally cleaned every three weeks.

We had hardwood floors extended, tile floors installed and most of the interior house painted. The sellers did not do such a hot job of cleaning before they moved out either, and left many details unattended. Jennifer came in and conquered each and every issue that needed attention, without our being present to point it out. She is extremely thorough. We were thrilled after seeing it first thing this morning before the moving truck pulled up. We will definitely utilize her service in the future, and if we become unable to keep our own standards in the future, we will engage her on a regular basis to keep our home pristine. I have medical issues & they are "tuned-in" to the requirements for special cleaning products & necessity to do their cleaning in a specific manner. I am not just another "job". I scheduled a move out deep cleaning with Advanced Cleaning and Janitorial Services several weeks in advance of the cleaning date. The day before the cleaning, they sent a courtesy confirmation, which I appreciated. Upon arrival they inspected the home and I discussed what I wanted cleaned. The unit that was being cleaned was an older home and had issues from years worth of accumulated dust and mold that was never adequately cleaned. Steve and Jennifer were professional and their cleaning skills far exceeded my expectations. All the surfaces looked brand new and restored to their initial luster. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the decades old refrigerator and freezer looked next to new. Their cleaning made the home appear at least a decade younger than it looked before they arrived. Due to their professionalism and ability to tackle such a difficult job, I highly recommend their services without any reservation.

They were wonderful. Both Steve and Jennifer were great. They worked hard and fast to get the job done. The results exceeded my expectations. Very thorough with a clear strong work ethic. I will definitely use their services again.

I was a little leery about hiring a cleaning service because before my sciatic injury I would have done all this myself and I am pretty particular. After watching Jen for about an hour or so I knew she was a girl after my own heart. When she gets done cleaning something by golly it is clean. They did everything on my list plus a few things we had not discussed. I was more then pleased with the result. Once I get done all the painting and repairs I will have them come in at least monthly to keep up with the things I can no longer do myself. Thanks for a great job guys!

I thought they did a great job. My house was beautiful when I walked into it! Now that they have performed a deep clean on the house, I plan to use them every other week to maintain that level of cleanliness.

I'm extremely thankful to Angie's List for helping me find such a wonderful cleaning company with relatively short notice. Stephen was extremely responsive from the moment I messaged him through AL and he was courteous and professional on the phone and in person. Scheduling the estimate was a breeze and he was extremely flexible. My daughter and another person lived in this townhouse and they were definitely little piggies. Stephen was not overwhelmed by this task and he absolutely went above and beyond to deep clean the townhouse and was extremely thorough. He thoroughly cleaned all appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, washer machine, etc.), he scrubbed the baseboards, cleaned out all cabinets and drawers, thoroughly cleaned all bathrooms, wiped down all surfaces, windows and floors. He even pulled out the appliances to clean all the crud behind and underneath them. Stephen kept me updated on his progress and we discussed any updates to the estimate to ensure we were aligned. I never thought the townhouse would look as good as it did and I'm thankful for the tremendous amount of effort Stephen made. Stephen and Jennifer worked efficiently together deep cleaning the house from dusting air vents to cleaning baseboards. They were very detailed, even cleaning my microwave! I was impressed enough to sign on as a regular customer.

It went very well from start to finish as indicated above. I had submitted a list of what I needed and wanted done, left a key with them, and when I got home from work everything had been done to perfection and I was happy to pay $200.00 to have this work performed since I can no longer do it myself.
