Description of Work: The lady who cleaned the kitchen did a fantastic job. The rest of the house was average. The man who did the master bathroom broke a glass mantel and left with the shower curtain on the outside and the fabric curtain on the inside. I was not pleased with that bathroom. A girl did the other bathroom and it was fine.

Description of Work: They ruined finish on our kitchen cabinet, broke towel bar in bathroom and, although they promised to fix, did not repair what they broke. Prior to the appointment, however, they were very flexible with rescheduling and personable to speak to.

First the house we did was not ready to clean which your husband had mentioned it would be best to come back and we worked with him. Second the towel bar was already cracked and even though the house was built in the 60s we were trying to find the parts to fix the already broken towel bar. You shouldn't speak low of people when we came back multiple times to do the work but your not ready to clean due to your moving stuff everywhere and upside down home we couldnt.

Description of Work: Came to house get idea what needed to be done. Went through lot of box's items was to sell . Did not put items back correctly, nothing to do with service. Service was to be done next day (clearly understood) morning of next day called left "message" forgot bout dental appt can't come. I should of notified sooner, now am lost to wear we stand.. My first experience I? Do I try again or get refund? Please advise.

We never scheduled a day on this particular customer and when we were there she was trying to barter with us and cutting our price down. This estimate took me almost two hours because we weren't trying to be rude when it usually takes 30 min max. We never touched anything in her home and feel she gave us a unfair Rating when we never worked for her or was rude even though we sacrificed more time then any other customer without pay.
