+ -1 moreAfter three weeks without any contact from Mr. Chick, I called to inquire about the statusof the parts and was informed that the company sent him the wrong parts and that he had to send them back. He was very nice and said that he needed to follow up with the company and that he would call me back. I did not receive a return call. Another week went by so and I called him again. When I told him why I was calling he responded, and quot;Oh yeahand quot;. (It seemed to me that he had forgotten about me.) He AGAIN told me that he needed to call the company and that he would call me back. I urged him to do so and let me know the status. He stated that he would. After several more days, I called an left a voice mail message for Charles Chick, explaining who I was and why I was calling and asked that he return my call immediately. It has been three business days since I left that voice mail message and I have not received a response. At this point, I feel that I have wasted my time. **********UNRESPONSIVE********UNPROFESSIONAL************
Description of Work: Initially, Charles Chick came out to perform repairs but found that parts needed to be ordered. I uged him to expedite things since I was preparing to sell the home. He estimated it would take one week to get the parts. He stated he would call me to schedule repairs once he received the parts.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate for plantation shutters in my home. The guy that answered said he had to call me back. He never called back. He was rude when he answered the phone and was clearly distracted and busy. In my opinion, he shouldn't have answered and wasted my time giving him my phone number if he never intended to call back.

Description of Work: The price was very reasonable and the work was prompt and well done. My only surprise was that packing material from the materials I had ordered on line was left sort of messy on the floor, but it was not too big a deal for me to dispose of it.

+ -1 moreI called Chick's and he came out at the right time on the right day. He went straight to work, worked quickly and did a wonderful job. We had a nice chat after he finished, I paid him and he left. He definitely knew what he was doing and he was very professional.
