Technician arrived on time and completed inside and outside inspection of property for termites. Was polite and communicated his findings very well. Treated outside and inside of home without any issues. Described services provided very well prior to payment. Have used this company for several years and would recommend them for your pest exterminating needs. Their services are not cheap; but their technicians and products are very good and customer service, including office staff, is excellent.

They explained the process, actually come inside the home, inspect signs of termite damage and also check the moisture level of the walls. I researched them and they have a very good reputation, had some recommendations from friends, and did a thorough job. They use a special kind of chemical every 5 years to prevent it and that's the reason why the cost is so high. The barn had to be re-treated this year and they trench around the barn, spray into the trash, and cover it. They are very careful, always wear shoe cover inside the house, and they're very good.

On a hot, muggy day they came and sprayed the entire property and told us if we saw any more hills they would come back. Yesterday was the third time and instead of treating the ant hills they treated the whole property again. Each person who has come has been friendly and it never seems to be a problem to come back.

We have a sprawling 3400+ sq foot house + an apartment over the garage on a couple of wooded acres near a lake, and toddler toys and unpacked boxes all over. Still, David did a tremendous, thorough, and efficient job of explaining what needed to be done, doing it under these less than desirable conditions, and still being super efficient and getting the job done in less than an hour and a half -- on a hot and muggy day. Super cordial and great!

Years ago I had a wasp nest inside the siding and it wa huge. I did not know what it was and we found out they were the only ones who would put on their bee hive suits and take care of it. It was really something and no other place that I found would take care of it.

They seem very reliable and knowledgeable. The previous people that I had actually damaged the foundation of the house with some of the things they were doing and refused to fix it but Capelouto Termite and Pest Control Inc. have not done anything like; that and have taken good care and have note damaged anything. They have done a good job.

Capelouto Termite and Pest Control Inc are all encompassing in terms of pest control. We have a contract with them that we've had through two or three houses now. Capelouto Termite and Pest Control Inc are very efficient, very punctual, and very nice people to work with.

I like the fact that I don't have to be here when they do the service. They do a treating from the outside. If we need them to come in, we can always call them to come in. We have dogs and so they will call us ahead of time to let us know that they are coming and we can put the dogs up. They are very thorough. They look for wasps' nests or things like that when they go around and spray. They are consistent. My house is relatively pest free for living in the woods in Florida. They are good.

Reasonable price, friendly service, and very reliable. Have used them for many years without any problems.

They do a pretty good job. They knock the spider webs down too. They don't bother us when they come. They're very nice and the treatment seems to work well. They will come right back out for something if you need them.

We are happy with them and I have no complaints; they seem to be fine. I have not compared their pricing to anyone else and they are responsive. They just show up when they are ready for a treatment and leave a note on the door when they are done. Promptness is not an issue since there is no set time for them to show up and there is no need for us to meet with them. I will use them again in the future.

I have nothing bad to say about them. Their service people are extremely professional and considerate. The termite person was here this morning, and showed up on time. He was professional, clean cut, polite, and did what he was suppose to do. He treated my dog good. Everything was the way you would want it to be. I have never compared prices. They come out whenever I want them to if I have a problem. They do what they say are going to do.

They are not cheap. They have a reputation in my area. The salesman who sold me the contract is a friend. Their service men have been good to work with. They do a thorough job and are polite and courteous. They do all the things they should. I would use them again in the future.

They do good work. You have to be home when they come for the appointment. We are happy with the price.

We use them for an annual inspection. I would give them an A in everything.

They always do a really good and thorough job. The stuff they use is really non-toxic. They are attentive. They offer to redo some things for me if I need them. They are really good. They are extremely professional. There is not much to clean up when they are done but they never left a mess. I would definitely highly recommend them. Their price has been really reasonable. Their quality is top notch. They are punctual because they show up regularly on time. They knock to make sure if somebody is there inside; if not, they will do the outside. They are very good at that. I would use them in the future.

They are quite good. They come every two months. I have a contract with them, but I pay them every time they come out. You won't see any bugs; they are really good and in Florida that is a big deal.

We were unhappy with them, the treatment didn't really work, we were paying, they squirted around a couple of times in the yard, then left, they weren't doing a good job, the treatments weren't very good, we cancelled them, and we weren't that impressed. They were very expensive. They were fairly responsive, but, it didn't help.

They are very very good. My experience has always been very good. We found termites under my house and they took care of it. I have a fish pond inside my house and they make sure not to harm the fish. They were very good about being careful and they stand behind their work.

They are very professional, prompt and thorough. They do a good job. When they enter the home, they wear booties to make sure nothing is tracked inside. They move anything required if needed.

I live on two and a half acres. I've been using them since I've come to this town. I use them every other month. They provide good service and charge me per visit. A few years back I had a little problem with one of their workers not letting me know that he was coming. He would've come to my garage, but he wouldn't have rung the bell. I was going to change, but then I called them and they were very, very nice. As a matter of fact they took one payment off, and they put a note on there that the technician always had to call me when he was on his way. If I was there I had to let him know that I was there so that I could let him in the areas of the house that needed to be done. They are pretty good. Their price is about the same as everybody else in town. They spend a good 30 minutes here while they are doing the spraying.

We were impressed with the first treatment. The technician sprayed the inside and outside of the house. He also wiped away all the spider webs and checked for wasps. He even raked the leaves away from one side of the house to ensure a good barrier was made against the bugs. One of the nice things about this plan is that we do not have to be home when they come back every two months. Results? We have had no trouble with bugs or spiders. We have seen a few big roaches, but they were doing the death dance and were soon belly-up.

I have been using them for about 25 years. They have always done a good job. They have always been courteous anytime when I have called them. They seem to be knowledgeable and they seem to know what they are doing.
