Kevin met me on my lunch hour; a convenient time for me as scheduled. He gave me an estimate of $380 to tile my guest bathroom and laundry room floors and installed trim. He stuck to his estimate even though he repaired a drain clog in my master bath sink and repaired a flimsy storm door without me requesting. He was very polite and he was on time each of the two days completing the work. He followed up with me within a few weeks to make sure the job was completed properly and to give me some estimates on more work as requested. However, I was not prepared at that time to move forward. I plan to use Kevin within the coming months for some major work to my Reno home. Kevin is an amazing architectural design artist! He showed me pictures of other jobs and designs he came up with. I'm so excited to see what he comes up with for my kitchen. Thanks Kevin!

I originally heard of broder designs from a friend at work. I called them to get a simple quote for a kitchen remodel. I was very weary of hiring someone after all the things I heard about on TV. When Kevin showed up, I only had very basic ideas of what I wanted to have done. I didn't know where to begin with the renovation. Kevin took my ideas and made them better. I was amazed at how informative he was about the products. He did some basic sketches to give me an idea of what it would look like. I never could have come up with his ideas on my own. Kevin was very friendly and professional. I gave him a budget that I was trying to stay under. I was a little nervouse about giving him my budget because I knew it was going to be difficult to get what I wanted for under it. Since this initial job, Kevin has done work in just about every room in my house. I've even called him in an emergency after a storm. He came out right away and took care of it. He didn't even charge me for it. I cannot say enough to illustrate what a lifesaver Kevin has been for me and my family. Thank you for everything!
