They were excellent. I even got up on the roof with them just to insure work was done right! I had them do the double groove technique. They also replaced some rotted wood.

I will recommend anyone looking for roofing related services to use Bowles Roofing. I do not recommend people easily and they certainly earned the recommendation due to outstanding service as well as quality of work. Keith walked us through all our options and provided accurate quotes for everything we considered. Once we decided what we wanted, he put us on his schedule; they started exactly when they said they would and finished on time and on budget. The Bowles team was courteous and clearly experts in roofing. The roof looks great, the price was excellent and its all done on time. What more could we ask for?

amazing to Crew arrived on time and set to work. Finshed in one day which was amazing to me. Came back the next day to recheck the ground for nails, etc on the ground at no additional charge. Created a rain diverted that I requested for the front. Very responsive to questions and I felt confident in their estimate since the estimator went up to the roof beforehand (some companies did not). The 5% Angie's List discount brought their estimate below the next competitor.

They came, they did the job, they cleaned up, they left. What more do you want...

Matt Bowles arrived promptly at the scheduled time and we asked him to give us honest opinion on how long he thought we had with our current roof and to give us prices and options for replacing. After reviewing the roof he told us we had a small issue with the flashing around the fireplace but that overall the roof should be good for a few years. Honesty and professionalism is alive and well at this company! He reviewed the options for materials and left us with a nice booklet of materials as well as their contract. He told us what to look for in case issues pop up and to call him back in two years to inspect it again. Thankfully we have time now to save up the money and I can tell you this, we will be calling Matt back to install our new roof when the time comes. This was such a refreshing change from the companies who take advantage of people and lie to get business. Kudos to Matt and Bowles Roofing - we will be seeing you again!

I am very impressed with this company.

The roofers came out and inspected the roof. They were punctual and courteous. They quoted a reasonable price. The work was performed quickly. The roofers were very friendly and let me come up on the roof to see the work. They took photos of it on a cell phone and sent them to me. All communications were very professional and billing was efficient. I would definitely hire them again. Very pleased

It went very well - Keith came out and inspected my property and gave me a quote. They were competitive with other companies, and were able to get to me within a few days. The crew that came out did a nice job getting everything completed and cleaning up after the work. One of the things I most appreciated, compared to my experience from around 3 years ago on a different house, was that Bowles did not replace any woodwork that didn't need replacing. I expected Bowles to replace three sheets of plywood - that's what they did. Another roofer in town had replaced many sheets on my previous house, and it was difficult for me to get photos after they did it. I felt like that previous roofer had replaced much more plywood than needed, and the bill was much higher than the quote. As for Bowles Roofing, it's nice when good people are doing the work, do what they are supposed to, and do a good job. I felt like they did a good job and I'm very pleased.

We did not use them, because they were too expensive. They were $10,000 more than my lowest bid. They are very nice as far as getting out on time, and very courteous. Their price was just way out of line. He drove 50 miles to give me a bid. They are very knowledgeable. Other than the price, I thought they were very good.

I couldn't believe the entire job was going to be done, start to finish in one day, as Marty promised, but it WAS!, The roof looks fantastic and the men doing the job were very good at what they do. Everything was put into their big truck and hauled off while the roofers pounded and sawed away. They were very courteous and professional, with the only noise being the sound of their working - no loud radio, like so many roofers tend to have going while working - a real plus in my mind! After the job was completed, they walked all around the house with a magnet, picking up any stray nails - not even a piece of old shingle was left behind. Am I happy with the job they did? That would be a resounding YES! This is actually the 3rd home we have had re-roofed and Bowles is the first contractor who actually sent a "Thank You for your business card" afterwards - a little thing, maybe, but it speaks volumes to me! Then, we received an actual printed warranty for the workmanship, as well as the GAF shingles they put on our roof.

They are very good. They came when they said they would be here. Everything seemed to go along fine.

Replaced new roof with Timberline Architectural shingles..new vents and new skylight..the whole team was very professional and courteous..the job was done on time.. Keith and the roofing team are a great testament to the quality of the company..would definitely recommend them..if you want the job done right you won't go wrong with Bowles Roofing.

The service was great, punctual, helpful in understanding what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Two years later the roof is still in great shape. I would definitely recommend them.

I didn't select them because I was trying to spend as little as possible since we are replacing our roof to put it on the market. Bowles' estimate was very thorough and they answered all questions I had timely. They seemed very knowledgeable and personable.

The repairman arrived on time and repaired a shingle that was causing a leak. He also inspected the entire roof and took pictures of some wood rot around the chimney.
