Benson's Heating and Air Conditioning

Very satisfied with their work, I haven't heard anything bad on them. They're good.

The salesman gave us to options on our estimate. We had a zoned A/C system, but he gave us estimates for a zoned system and a non zones system . I thought we should get the zoned system, but the salesman assured us that with the advances in technology, the non zoned system would work fine, so we purchased it. We now have temperatures throughout our house that vary 20 degrees!!! We contacted Benson's to have the unit replaced with the zoned unit on our estimate. The price difference in the two units was $1200.00 dollars, which we would have gladly given to Bensons. The price they quoted us was$5000.00. And implied that we (the customer) wanted something for nothing!!!! I will NEVER do any business with Benson's and if you are smart, you won't either.

Capacitor went out on a weekend. After calling several service providers, I used Benson's because they charged the same service rate for a Saturday as for a weekday. Repairman was prompt, (actually early) and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Shock came when he presented the bill and charged $230 for the capacitor plus the cost of the service call. Other providers had given me estimates of less that $100 if the capacitor needed replacing, so I thought Benson's would be in line with everyone else. Had one replaced 5 years ago and the part was only $55. I feel they price gauge on their parts, so will never use again.

I would absolutely use him again. I keep coming back because of the professionalism. Clean up is always an A. They are always courteous and exceptionally thoughtful of the environment.

We've used them ever since we built this house. We pay ahead for the year. We pay a flat fee which covers the two maintenance visits and offers a discount if there's a problem that we have to have a repair done. They are very good.

Courteous, professional service, but essentially charged over $300 to replace a capacitor that costs approximately $50.

They were great. They were very prompt. They came out and listened to our issues and took care of it.

They are professional. We have used them for 15 years. We would not be calling them back if they were not good. They are punctual. They know what they are doing and can tell us exactly what is going on. They provide a complete service and they are excellent at what they do.

They are very profession. They are here when they say they are going to be here. They know what they are doing. If we have any questions, they answer them. They are just professional all the way through. They do excellent work and they stand behind it.

They did excellent service. We have them come out twice a year to do a check to make sure everything is running the way it is supposed to. We have been dealing with them for about 15 years.

all workers were very punctual and courteous....extremely impressed with how they moved equipment and patched drywall and then painted the entire closet and my entire garage ceiling just so the paint would all match...did not expect that....work was done in the time that they said, price was what we had agreed on......they cleaned up all construction debris...very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

I didn't find this company on Angie's List, but it's a company I have always used. The first time they came out it was not fixed. I was fixed for about 12 hours. They need better diagnostics. It was cool for 12 hours in the middle of August which was nice, but the bad part about it was that it was hot the next day. I didn't have a comparison on the price so I am not sure if it was fair or not. They were out here on time and very nice. I think somebody really professional would have fixed it the first time.

We will use them again.
