 + -1 moreThe entire transaction with the store was pleasant and professional. The store is well stocked and clean, but there are no frills. The second delivery was marred by the difficulty in bringing the mattress upstairs. The stairway is narrow and complicated by a chair lift installed on one side. The new mattress was much thicker and less able to be bent around corners. The unit was damaged in bringing it up the stairs though not to a degree of making the unit not suitable for sleeping. The delivery person did say that , due to the difficulty of delivery, a further exchange could not be made.
Description of Work: We bought a king size mattress with two box springs. The mattress was delivered by workers who contracted with the store. The delivery charge was $60. The pillow top mattress was too soft and we requested an exchange for a firmer one. Our request was filled quickly and without any problem. The people at the store were very pleasant and cooperative. The second mattress was delivered promptly by the contractor and again we paid $60 for delivery.
