The crew did a good job, but they waited to do the work until the very last minute, which caused unnecessary stress to us. They were good about cleaning up, but they were smoking very close to the house and in the garage on one day when it rained. This brought the smell of cigarettes into the home.

I am yet to receive the written estimate. He said that he sent it, but I never actually received it. I checked my spam folder. I don't know if it was a misspelling on the email. I also texted the email address to him, so I knew it was correct. The gentleman was punctual in meeting me when I first contacted him about being able to meet me out there. I left a message and he was able to call me back within the hour. Then we made an appointment to meet at the house. He met me out there. He was very knowledgeable when I explained the different things that we would like to do. He noted everything down. I know that the estimate he gave me included everything that he and I talked about, but he gave it to me verbally. I asked for a breakdown of it, and that's the part I'm still waiting on. He first gave me the estimate about two weeks ago. He contacted me again about a week ago. I explained to him that I never received the written confirmation or estimate. He said that it was a computer problem, but I am yet to receive it again. The amount that he gave me sounded fair, but I never got to see what the breakdown was.

as you can see, I depend on BEC and Barney to take care of most of my repair/remodel work and am very satisfied. Just make sure you tell him what you want. I am clicking the 121 Ridgeland Rd as most recent, but the most significant work was done at 817-819 N Forest

Expected to remove paneling and studs... was much more complicated. They did a great job of removing blocks, clean up and haul away and finished the surface well. Fantastic job.
