Great! B&B painting has painted every room in my house at least once (and several more than once over the years as I updated the decor). Not only do they do a great job with the painting but also with color selection and recommendations. I would highly recommend them. They have also redone our kitchen cabinets.

Prior to contracting with B&B, I searched Angie?s List and was considering a firm that clearly indicated it provided ?handyman? services ? I knew there might be at least drywall repair issues. Meanwhile, a friend referred me to B&B Painting ? not (yet) listed in Angie?s List ? but with available references for both commercial and residential projects. My Initial call was made and returned same day. The estimate visit was scheduled at my earliest convenience, a detailed estimate was provided verbally and followed within 48 hours by a detailed written estimate -- all factors that gave me confidence that B&B understood the scope of my project. What I thought set my project apart from a strict painting project, was my need for repairs, to do all inside and outside painting, and to get it all done within six weeks for the near term and to get an independent opinion about setting priorities that would enhance the home for sale in the next two-three years. It was that long term consideration where owner Craig Farrell was able to help maximize the value of my dollars as various tasks were needed: The carpenter was needed to repair outside woodwork and replace inside doors ? we maximized the use of the carpenter?s time by adding trim around the interior windows ? an enhancement to improve our re-sale value. We needed the electrician to replace a ceiling fan; while he was there he upgraded outdated exterior lighting which also helps increase the future value. As the project involved structural changes that impacted the painting schedule and an unexpected need for heating and air duct work (diagnosed by painters examining conditions for ceiling paint), B&B remained flexible and responsive at every turn. B&B?s painting staff was careful of the house contents and was consistently precise with molding, chair rails and window openings ? there were only one or two spots needing touch-up and virtually no instances of paint spatter left on floors or windows. As the project wrapped up, the owner of B&B Painting, Craig Farrell, inspected and provided me an opportunity to request any corrections or additions ? while not needed, I saw that offer as a continuation of the firm?s commitment to excellent and responsive customer service. I would recommend B&B to any homeowner, who like me, knows what is needed is not just the task of painting, but the valuable color sense, advice, counsel as well as access to other skilled contractor services. B&B is a locally owned and operated painting service ? but the owner, Craig, also has general knowledge of home repair and maintenance to take care of many other problems you may have.
