Over the weekend my 14 yo garage door opening destroyed the belt that opens the door. I called at 8am. I left a vmail with the problem I had. My called was returned in less than an hour. I told them that since my opener was 14yo that I would like to replace it. She said that one her guys had to deliver a door, and that he would be available within the hour. He arrived about 10am. Very nice guy, went straight to work and was done in less than 2 hours. I'm very happy with the new opener, it's very quite, and like the new features.

The gentleman was able to accommodate my emergency request to fix garage door opener assembly. He seems to be an experienced professional. He was able to quickly fix the opener rod attached to the wall and fine tune the door. Once finished, the door operation was smooth and quiet. I would definitely use him for all my future garage issues.

We had lots and lots of questions about options and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. The garage faces south, so insulation was important. Allied walked us through the options and were surprised when we picked a higher-priced choice. They never tried to up-sell us, which was appreciated, and we could have spent much less with them. Our choice of options raised our price, so don't let what we spent guide you -- Sabrina was clear that they had less-expensive doors and openers. Working with Allied was a really good experience and they couldn't have been more helpful.

The technician showed up within the given timeframe, identified the problem, and had the repair completed within minutes. In addition, he was pleasant, professional, and patiently answered all my questions.

I called around 8:30 in the morning to get an estimate and see what time frame I could expect. I was told it would be $225 for one spring or $250 for two springs and that someone was actually available to come over shortly. About 10 minutes later the technician called saying he could be there in 10-15 minutes. He replaced the broken spring and added a second in about 45-60 minutes. I paid the $250 I was quoted. Very professional and quick. I would use them again in the future.

Very professional, on time and answered all questions. They provided the most in depth and informative information concerning what need to be done concerning upgrades that were need due to code changes.

We contacted Allied after finding them on Angie's list. We needed a garage door installed in under a week. I spoke with Sabrina who was very sympathetic to our needs. She got someone out to evaluate the garage door right away and had the door installed five days after we initially called. The service was terrific and the door looks great!

I called in the morning and scheduled the repair for 5:00 p.m. He arrived on time and was very professional. The repair took about 1 hour. I was charged the estimate that was quoted when I made the appointment.

Called just before lunch and was told they could be out between 2 and 4. I agreed and told them my wife's car was trapped and she was not happy. He said he would see if they could get someone sooner. Within 30 minutes I was called and told someone was on the way. Replaced both springs (as suggested) oiled rollers and hinges and made sure the door was operating properly (making several adjustments) Excellent service, quality job, answered all my questions.

Smooth. That would be the best way to describe the whole process. The estimate for the time needed to install was accurate, as well as the cost. The installer did a great job, and even pointed out a few tips to help us keep the garage door operating well in the future. The work was on time, on budget and the job site cleaned up after installation.

I called for the repair and they sent someone out that day. I was told he would arrive between 10 AM and 12 Noon. He arrived around 12:15 PM but did call before noon to say that he was on his way. The man they sent out went straight to work and recommended that both springs should be changed out, as was suggested by each of the companies I called. I agreed. The springs were 23 years old and, from the way he worked, it was obvious that he had changed springs out many times. He answered all my questions and continued to work quickly through all the talking. When he finished, he checked to see that everything worked properly, cleaned up what little mess he had made and told me what to do to care for my springs and all the moving mechanical parts. All total, it took about forty minutes from start to finish. He was very pleasant the entire time and went over the warranty for the springs and for his work. The price quoted was similar to two other quotes I had been given for changing out both springs. All in all, I am very pleased with the work. He seemed to be very honest so I would go through them again.

I decided to go with them because they had good review when I checked on the website and also a friend of mine had used them before. I was really happy with them. The price was a little more than what I expected, but they did a few other things as well for me. The quality of work was very good. They came pretty quickly and they were on time.

The young man who showed up to install the door opener was very pleasant, proffessional, and polite. Before he did any work he OK'd it with us and he was quick. I would use them again.
