All Custom Aluminum

All Custom Aluminum recently completed a 14 x 22 patio cover with a pergola trim package to replace an existing wooden pergola patio cover that was deteriorating. I was very happy with the finished product and with every aspect of the project from quote to completion. The sales staff quickly responded to my on-line request for product information with several options to meet my needs and quickly provided a detailed and reasonably priced quote. They provided timely and safe demolition of the existing structure and quickly completed construction of a custom water-tight patio cover with the look of a pergola that was compatible with other existing pergola structures in my yard.

Wonderful! The old screenroom was built by a different Tallahassee company (DMC), and it leaked from day one! Water was pouring out of a light fixture which cause anyone who opened the door with any moisture on them to get shocked! After several trips out to try and fix it, they stopped returning my calls. After the storm I called All Custom Aluminum and Chris and his crew were amazing. I haven't had any issues with leaks since the guys left! I highly recommend them!

They got us on the list and got out here pretty quick considering all the damage from the hurricane in the area. Workers were on time, explained what they would do before proceeding, very thorough, professional and cleaned up after completing work. Pool screen looks great.

Great - Chris came out with 2 different estimates, once we choose the one we wanted he started right away with great communication and the steps needed to complete the job. He and his crew started the job earlier than expected and finished on time with great results - could not be more pleased.

Wonderful! During the build, we had several back to back rainy days. The builder always called us the day before to let us know that they wouldn't be out and to go over the revised build timeline. Most contractors that we have dealt with would never do that. They would just be a no show with no phone call. Since the rain put us behind, the owner made sure to do everything he could to get the project completed on schedule. He sent out two crews at once and made sure to keep in contact with us. The quality of the work was excellent. Every little detail was considered and and the crew was very pleasant and professional. They also made sure to keep the job area very clean and organized. My husband spent 21 years in the Marine Corps and is very particular and somewhat OCD. He did not have one complaint and could find nothing wrong with the quality or workmanship. I highly recommend them for any job. We couldn't be happier with the end results.

Looked great, but roof leaked over deck where outdoor furniture was placed. Could never get them back to repair. Called numerous times and when call was answered, the response was I was on their list. Never came. Had to get another roofing company to take care of the leaks.

The company was excellent from start to finish. Chris, one of the owners, came to our house to size up the job and give us a price quote. He took the time to explain in detail exactly what would be involved. The job proceeded exactly as he had advised us. Once they obtained the permits the job took a day and a half. Their crew was great. The crew leader, Brian, was especially knowledgeable. The company was great to work with. We believe that we received an excellent product for a very reasonable price.

Our experience with All Custom Aluminum was excellent. Chris, one of the owners, came to our home to evaluate the job and give us a price quote. He was extremely competent and professional. He explained the entire process and what they would do. He was extremely informative and easy to work with. As he had forecast, the installation took a day and a half with good weather. The installation crew was very good, especially Brian, the crew leader who was a real pro. We received an excellent product for a very reasonable price, and the entire process went smoothly.

Made contact via Angie's List. Received a prompt reply. After a few messages I agreed to service and was told that it might be a week since their schedule was booked solid. The next day I got a phone call asking if someone could come out the next day - there was a break in the schedule. I agreed. Workers arrived on time and got to work. I go to check their work the next week when we got some rain. No leaks.

A crew of two removed my old u-pan roof screened porch and installed a new cover - open concept, no screen - that is far superior to the old material. They removed the old one in just a few hours, and installed the new one in 2 days plus one morning. When I was inspecting (and admiring the work and mentioned that I thought was going to want to do gutters on the rest of the back of the house (didn't think about that initially) they gave me an estimate immediately and I had the new gutters installed the next morning. Superior work and customer service here folks. I would hire them again.

Had a large aluminum screen room addition added to my house. Andray and the team at All Custom were above and beyond. The first contact was getting an estimate based on what I wanted and a bid. Andray came out and went over everything and included options of what I could do based on what I was asking for and not trying to up sell me on something I did not want. So not only was the bid based on what I wanted but it was fair and they were able to provide it back to me in time they promised it. Then the day came for the work to be performed and it was just amazing how fast the team was able to get the screen addition on my home considering it has the size of 10 ft by 35.5 ft. On the first day on-site they made sure to go over all the details with me to insure that it would be how I wanted it before even unloading their truck. An then the crew continued throughout the build to make sure that for any questions that they did check with me before just doing it to insure they were still giving me what I wanted. They also answered the many question that I had about things during the build so that I would know exactly what I was getting and how it was being put together at various points during the build. I was pleasantly surprised with how much time they would take to insure they fully answered my questions. Once the job was finished they cleaned up everything and actually left the area cleaner than when they showed up. I was totally impressed with the quality of their work and have enjoyed several evenings in my new screened porch. An they have even contacted me since then to check in with me and to insure that I was satisfied and did not have any issues that they would need to take care. Which there have been none and I wish I had done this years earlier. I totally trust that if I have any issue or need any work done that I needed to call them to do that they would take care of it. Big thanks to all the guys at All Custom.

It went very badly. After they installed the room, the roof started leaking. I contacted them to come out and fix it. They kept promising to come by to fix it and never did. Mold and mildew were all over the floor. My husband attempted to fix it but it didn't work. It is still under warranty and they still won't come out to fix it. They would tell us that they are coming over and never actually do. I've had to call someone else to see about how to fix it. Without even telling this second company who install the aluminum room, they already knew it was All Custom Aluminum. They stated that they have dealt with other customers in the past that have dealt with All Custom Aluminum and they take the money and never come back out to fix the issues.

They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. They are honest, prompt, did little things for free. Their price was fair a little more than some but the quality of their work is excellent. They are a great group of guys. They are easy to work with and I have recommended them.

We were very pleased with the price and craftsmanship we received from All Custom Aluminum. When the enclosure was inspected by the City of Tallahassee, the inspector voiced his opinion and was complimentary of the way the construction was performed. We are quite happy with their work and would use All Custom Aluminum again without hesitation.

they screened most of it last summer at a cost of $4,500.00 and did an excelllent job. I had wanted part of the deck open, but screened, and they installed a slanted screen roof that permits leaves to be washed away by rain. And that works! They put in wire for a ceiling fan, without my asking. This company is not licensed for, and is not permitted to, actually hook it up to power, but they ran the proper type of wire between the ceiling and the roof from the center of the room to an outdoor light fixture, so that we could do it or have it done. Gutters are included. We were surprised to find that the white ceiling kept the indoor rooms from being dark, which is what we had feared. And the insulation has kept the deck much cooler than we anticipated. Today they have just finished roofing the rest of the deck, which we had left open because we thought we would use it in good weather. As it turned out, we all just stay inside the screened and roofed area, so they did the rest of the deck for an additional $3.000.00. They took three days for the first job and two for the second. We made an appointment for each job and he went when he said he would and finished on time. I have told them that I will discuss my experience with anyone and given permission for them to give out my phone number.

After making contact, Andre showed up the next day during the time period he gave us, and replaced the screens quickly, at a competive price. Great attitude and work habits.

They do excellent quality work. Would highly recommend. The only negative was that they were very busy and had to postpone installation twice. They build their patios correctly with an experienced crew and quality materials. They will not be the lowest bid, but you do get what you pay for...

The contractor was very professional, patient in his explanations and his team did good work. The matter was enmeshed in an insurance claim process and even when the mortgage holder was significantly delayed in approving the work so the insurance proceeds could be paid to the contractor, he remained patient.

The job went very well. This company was selected as a low bidder and we initially worried that they would cut cornersas such but we couldn't be more pleased with the final product; finally relief from raccoon "pool parties", floating suicidal squirrel corpses and the usual biting flies. And it's amazing how clean the pool stays. Again, great people to work with and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. Highly recommended!.

We found All Custom Aluminum at the Tallahassee home show in February. Of all the providers at the home show, it was Andre Heron and his brother who were the most interested in our project and the most responsive. Even though I had some idea of what we wanted, Andre gave suggestions that turned a simple project into a masterpiece! These guys really know their stuff. The work consisted of pouring concrete footers first, then putting up the aluminum. The entire project (both rooms) took roughly five days. During that time, Andre continually checked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we had hoped for. When the job foreman had questions, he got Andre on the phone and the best decisions were made in consultation with us. My main objective was to maintain the architectural integrity of this 100 year old house and All Custom Aluminum did exactly that. They customized the job to highlight the home, not the other way around. The finished product is spectacular. In addition to the screening, some existing guttering was changed to make the project more functional. Andre went above and beyond his original plan whenever he saw that it could be better and yet he did not charge me for the extras. I did change my mind on one aspect of the job - the kickplate - and he, without complaint, made the change and charged for the materials only. He has since called and visited to make sure we were happy with everything. The quality of the workmanship, the professionalism of the owners and workers, and the design assistance have been outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

.I have given this company every opportunity in the world to finish the work they started and finally I called and told them that Angie's List was asking for a review. I told them three times. I told them finally that I was preparing to finish the review and it wasn't going to be pretty if they did not finish the job. They asked if I would please give them one more chance to finish their job. I said, well, OK - after he yelled at me and told me he had some big jobs to finish. He made an appointment to come finish the dog door install so I didn't have a big heaping hole in my screen and to seal a gutter up on top that was leaking. He told me to leave the check on the porch and the dog door by the hole in the screen. I did. He did not show and he did not call to reschedule and it has now been a week more and nothing. I had to be out of town when he made the appointment, so, of course, now the dog door box got soaking wet and I cannot return it and I still - two months later people - have a gaping hole in my screen. I am now getting snakes and birds and all sorts of mosquitoes in my pool screened area. I was patient as long as I could stand it because the work at first was really good, albeit too expensive. And they kept finding more and more to fix while they were doing it instead of looking good and giving me a true estimate. Shame on them. They could have gotten a great review from me because they worked hard and I would have had them out again in a year or two to replace the screen when it was time. Decide for yourself if you would like to use these people that go for the next big check instead of finishing the work they started. Oh yeah, and by the way - I still have the big heaping hole in my screen. My next door neighbors and my husband are witness to this. Today, March 22, I received a call from this company that they were ready to come out and repair this screen and install the dog door. I had to be honest with them and tell Andray that I had entered this review. He started yelling at me and I finally had to interrupt him and tell him I was willing to go online and state that the matter was resolved, if he did go ahead and come out and do this small job. I was willing to shake hands and let this go. However, he continued to yell at me - my husband stood there and listened - and scared me and called me "crazy lady" and "insane" and that my complaint was "frivolous." I did not yell and asked him repeatedly to stop yelling at me. Now both brothers have yelled at me over this entry and still - this small job that they told me in January they would complete that week, and made multiple appointments with me to complete - is left undone. So, even though this company can do excellent work, their customer rapport and respect is non-existing if you have a complaint. The volatility of the individuals is a problem for any customer unsatisfied. I am telling only the truth, although I was accused of lying.
