+ -1 moreI have used ADT for almost 20 years. This used to be an excellent company with superior service. The have deteriorated terribly. They do respond quickly to alarms and my suspicion is that those who have given it good ratings have never needed a service call. There is usually a wait of a week or more to schedule a service call, the technicians often arrive without all the parts or personnel they need and the service has to be rescheduled, again a week or more later. My system went down due to a lightening strike. They have been at the house three times over several weeks and have still not finished. They promise to have supervisors or managers call and they never do.
Description of Work: Monitoring system crashed due to lightening strike several weeks ago. Still waiting for it to be fixed.
