The company is a one man operation so the owner was the salesman and the installer. We found that he knew as much or more than the companies that we had come out to give us an estimate. He knew what we were asking. We wanted a cellular shade that was bottom up/top down cordless and that wasn't a product that many people asked for. He was able to install that Hunter Douglas shade for several hundred dollars less than the other two estimates and we were completely happy.
