The design work was top notch. I have a bit of design background myself and he seemed to be resistant to my tweaking suggestions. My wife loved the design.

We have just held off on the remodeling job. The person who came out was very prompt in getting back to us. He was very friendly when he came to give us an estimate. He was very honest about what he could and couldn't do and if it was reasonable or not.

He gave me a detailed estimate but he was unbelievably obnoxious in dealing with me and my partner.

Everything went incredibly well. The time frame was @5 months, and it was done within that time frame, even though I made some changes and additions during the work! The workers were all amazing, and the house, though in a wild state of disrepair during a lot of it, was accessible to me at all times. I was able to retain the use of one bedroom and the kitchen and a bathroom, so except for the few days when the staircase was being built, I never had to and quot;leave my homeand quot;. VERY nice! The owner, Kip Carpenter was on it at all times, and always made sure things were going the way I expected, and how i preferred. VERY serious customer service from start to finish, both by Kip, and his office manager, Melinda. They kept me apprised of where we were in the construction and when payments were due with notice. Helpful for me! All in all, it was an amazing experience and the results were just beautiful. I am glad I called them!

He was great. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I went into this major project, expecting to be treated like a child, but he really took the time to explain things to me - he even gave me some ideas to save additional money! I simply didn't go with him because his pricing was pretty high. I would recommend him to other people needing a remodeler.

He was really informed and kind. It was refeshing to see that he was trying to help people.

From beginning to end my experience with Carpenter's construction was excellent. Kip Carpenter was quick to respond to questions and address any concerns I had. When construction was delayed by subcontractors, Kip explained the problems and addressed the issue quickly to my satisfaction. Carpenter's standard building practice included components that were in all cases above the cheapest usually included in original estimates.
