Tubs & More Decorative Plumbing Showroom

I bought a lot of bathroom fixtures that rusted over time. I bought a jacuzzi tub that I’ve never been able to enjoy because it constantly stops working. The staff is friendly, but the quality of the products is not what I was hoping for.

The owner is very concerned with making the customer happy. His staff is friendly and take time to talk with you and email back and forth. Thanks Andrienna.

They were amazing. We had the opportunity to use Tubs & More because of an expensive bathroom remodeling we were doing in our home in Western FL. Not only were they unusually patient and informative, but they had superb prices in comparison to other major plumbing supply houses that we contacted. What was also unusual, was the follow up by email and phone, to make sure that we were satisfied with what was for us a major purchase. We chose Brivo fixtures, but Tubs & More had many different brands to choose from. They also recommended a marble fabricator Jeff Madel to use for our counter tops, and he was terrific and competitive as well.

Doug and Janie are the best! The first time I went in was a couple months before I actually purchased, to get some ideas, and Doug himself showed me around. When I was ready to move forward with my remodel, Janie did all the work - she made great suggestions, gave me tons of options and it turned out to be pretty much a one-stop shop as far as fixtures go. The delivery was prompt and Doug and Janie's son came with the shop's mascot a dog whose name is (I think!) Maui! The guys unloaded everything and stacked it in an orderly manor. All very professional, from start to finish. I know they've been doing this for a long time, but they've built their business by giving great customer service. I really do highly recommend Doug's Tubs!

They were very friendly and very helpful. They answered our questions and they were good with arranging the delivery since the tub was very big. It was easy for them to arrange that. They delivered it here and they actually ended up putting it inside. They carry high-end stuff so their pricing is more expensive but I also noticed that their product feels very solid and it has a good quality.

They are very good. They drop things up, I needed one more item and somebody dropped it off at the house the other night. The staff at the store is friendly and nice. I shopped around a lot before I bought from them. The quality of their products is excellent.

Just had my first experience doing business with Tubs & More - Wow! Boy does Doug deliver, and I mean literally! Everything he promised, no surprises, no hassles, just great personal attention and customer service. Tubs & More will definitely be a business I check with before purchasing all things plumbing in the future.

Great! I am completely remodeling my bathroom without help of designer and prior to finding Tubs & More Supply (aka Doug's Tubs), I could not find a supplier who (a) was willing to work so patiently with a laymen, (b) had service associates who could really guide on the best purchasing decisions and (c) had a showroom that allowed me to sit in and test the bathtubs (If you where your suit they'll actually fill tubs so you can get full experience). While Tubs & More is technically a place you go and buy bathroom equipment, I really do think the services they provide in making this a pleasant and uncomplicated experience for folks who don't do this regularly is very worthy of honorable mention on Angie's list.
