Description of Work: I hired this guy 7 months ago to put up a pvc fence.He has not showed up in months promised my fence would be done in a month.Made the big mistake of paying in full.He is a lying conman told me he got a permit,neighbor found out he had not even applied.I had to take a day of work to finish getting permit because he had not even tried to drop of paperwork almost got fined by city because of his neglect Text he is coming every week never shows up.Has not brought all my materials even after paid.Waiting till this weekend to see if he finally finishes my fence.ill let you know what happens.
