+ -1 moreThey have been so far good. There is nothing wrong with the system. It turns in and off and everything is fine. They do monitor well and pretty much it’s all good.
Description of Work: I have had Security Alarm Division, ADT Authorized Dealer for alarm system for two years now. They do alarms for regular, fire and medical responses.

+ -1 moreThey have been very good about follow up anytime I call them because I have questions. I have no complaints. The manager is actually the one that answers all my calls. He will walk me through step by step if there is something I am trying to figure out. I have no issues whatsoever. The house was already rewired so it took some fixing to try to figure out what had been done but it wasn't anything that they were at fault at. Steve Martin has been excellent.
Description of Work: We used Security Alarm Division to install an alarm system.

+ -1 moreThe existing system in the house had real issues that required diligence and research to problem solve. They were very thorough and did not stop until everything was working properly.
Description of Work: Expanded the existing set up to provide a much more thorough home alarm system. Installed a surface pool alarm. Installed an in wall transformer so my pool door alarms were functioning properly. They were very professional and took the initiative to solve any issues with the existing system to ensure that we ended up satisfied customers.
