+ -1 moreTheir rate was reasonable. They have been pretty responsive in coming out. Their monitoring is good. We haven't had the system break or anything. They are quick to call.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB RESPONDING WHEN OUR ALARM SYSTEM WAS SET OFF. THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED TO CHECK IF THERE WAS AN EMERGENCY, BUT THEY NEVER DID. THE POLICE ALSO SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED, BUT WERE NOT.
Description of Work: THEY RESPOND WHEN OUR ALARM SYSTEM GOES OFF.
