My house came out looking fantastic after being prepped and painted by Painting Dimensions. The owner Sheldon and his crew were meticulous to the last detail. At my initial contact with Painting Dimensions, the owner Sheldon offered to come by the same day to discuss and put together an estimate. During our conversation I learned he's very knowledgeable about this industry having been in it for a long time in different capacities from companies contracted to paint new construction homes to commercial and existing to starting his own company about a decade ago. He's tied in with reps from the major paint manufacturers and has a vast knowledge about all the products on the market. PREP is key with a proper lasting paint job. Not just pressure washing but using elastomeric products to seal holes and cracks in the stucco then using the correct sealer before applying paint. Be wary of contractors that just quote you to throw paint on your house. I highly recommend Painting Dimensions.

Sheldon and his crew were fantastic. From the initial inspection, subsequent hiring through completion took less than a week in my circumstance. The roof and exterior of my 1850 sq. ft. house was a mess with lots of mold and fading paint from this harsh south Florida climate. Now it looks brand new. I would definitely choose Painting Dimensions again.

Painting Dimensions is a great company. Completely reliable. Sheldon made it easy to get an estimate and set up painting dates. He was flexible when I added in items to be done. His team showed up on time, worked hard and efficiently, and finished right on time. They left everything clean and pristine. Painting Dimensions did a great job on our exterior a couple of years ago which is why we used them again. We will certainly use them to do the rest of our interior when the time comes!

I can’t be more satisfied with the outcome of this project. From the start, Sheldon was very professional and responsive. He and his team first did an entire walk around of the entire exterior of the house. The house was recently restuccoed and Sheldon had to ensure there was enough curing period for paint application before work began. Secondly, they walked me through the entire painting process from start to finish, were extremely knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. The price, which was EXTREMELY reasonable and competitive, was agreed upon and the contract was signed. Due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control regarding the bad weather we had experienced recently, the job had to keep getting postponed. Again, this was no ones fault but nature itself. Sheldon kept in constant communication, more so than any other contractor I’ve dealt with, and always kept me updated with their status regarding the weather and the possibilities of completing the job. Eventually the weather stopped misbehaving and the final outcome was absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the paint job. Thanks again for the hard work! A+++

It went very well, excellent job! The painting crew was professional and did excellent work. We are very pleased!

1. Pressure clean all fascia, gutters walls, windows doors. 2. Remove hurricane aluminum shutters from the second floor windows. 3. Prepare all hairline cracks,holes,peeled paint with elastomeric patch. 4. Seal / prime all exteriors fascia, bands, walls, and doors. 5. Prepare and paint all fascia, walls, bands, and doors. 6. Caulk all windows,doors and small openings where necessary.

Company owner, Sheldon, was great with providing us details of process, timeframe and the quality paint he uses for longer lifespan on exterior of house. His crew was prompt, clean & diligent. We truly recommend Painting Dimensions Inc.

Sheldon and his crew were great from start to finish. Sheldon came to see my house right away and was able to start as soon as the HOA approved the request. They were on time, protected everything outside, and were very clean. It’s so refreshing when everything goes smoothly! They also removed the bolts from the old hurricane shutters. Amazing job!!! The painting of our house has been an exceedingly stress free experience. He is a true professional. His work is impeccable and detailed. He is on site several times a day and carefully inspects the work himself. I could not be more pleased. The work was done on time, Sheldon is a pleasure to work with, and his crew was very attentive to details. ^The house was power washed, all cracks repaired, and the house painted, all in three days. After the first day it rained and some areas were streaked, but all was re-done the next day.
