This project was more extensive than I originally planned when I initially purchased the house but Jim was great at guiding me through the entire process and making recommendations for solutions better completed now and others for the future. My current home sold much quicker than anticipated and he was still able to get my son and I moved and in our new home on time. Thanks to Jim at Onsite Project Solutions my house is now truly "MY" home.
Description of Work: Onsite Project Solutions gave my home a complete facelift!! I purchased a home originally built in 1961 and much of the house was still 1961. They replaced ALL baseboards, trim and doors (standard and pocket), repaired/replaced damaged drywall and painted the entire interior of the house including all ceilings. Installed built-in closet cabinets, resurfaced the floor of the entire house and remodeled a custom bathroom.

The project should have been completed in 2 weeks but took over 4 months and was never completed. The quality and finish of the edges, the stamped design, the drain and the seal are horrible - the sealer washed off after 1 month! The owner always promised he would be there the next day and than never showed up. We have since hired another company to finish the work but sadly the quality is so poor from the first company that is clear we wasted our money.......
Description of Work: Install stamped concrete on existing pool patio.
