lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreI was quoted 10 days for repair to be competed and it took 9 days. However, I never received a phone call to let me know how much it would cost before proceeding. And I never received a phone call when it was ready. I actually went to pickup the mower and take it elsewhere to be repaired because when I called on that 9th day, the guy was very rude and told me "Hey Lady, we are very busy right now and I don't know when your mower will be ready so why don't you just come pick it up and take it somewhere else". So that's exactly what I planned to do but when I arrived the mower was already repaired. Total disorganization and lack of communication. Long story short, this place WILL repair your mower but you won't know WHEN or how much it will cost until you call or show up at their door.
Description of Work: Repaired a residential lawn mower that had stopped working.
