Morgan Screening

We are a repeat customer. We had a couple of panels our of our pool enclosure then a duck landed on top and took out another full panel. I called Morgan Screen and owner Walter came to have a look same day. Being hurricane season I asked for a price to replace 5 damaged panels and I'd wait until hurricane season passed to do the rest. He said that he would do the full enclosure at a reasonable cost and if a hurricane came through and took out a few panels that he would cover the damage asap. Sure enough hurricane Milton came through just North of us last week. At 9AM the following day Walter Morgan was calling to check on us and our pool enclosure so he could come out ASAP if needed. Fortunately we didn't have any damage so we were both happy. Walter and his crew did a great job of re-screening. To check up on us wasn't just great customer service, it was fantastic customer service. Thanks Walter [ and crew ]

Had a good price but the quality of workmanship is awful. The screen keeps coming undone - the 1st time it took over a month for it to get repaired. The screen is too short so in less than a week it was loose again and as of today, crickets! nothing no acknowledgement - run!!!! Screen is hanging like a flag.

Walter came to give me an estimate within two hours. I had planned to replace 12 broken panels, but he gave me a price for all panels that I couldn’t resist. They came the next morning and had it done by the next morning. Quality products and work. I’m good for the next 10 years.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Morgan Screening. The project involved deconstructing a screened pool enclosure attached to our new home. From the moment I first spoke with Walter Morgan, I knew that we were talking to the right company. During our planning and budgeting phase, he helped us understand the details of the project and even reduced his initial quote once he learned we already hired a waste removal company to dispose of future debris. Walter did this on his own and I can honestly say neither me nor my wife would have known to ask for a price concession at this point. When I sent pictures of the screen we wanted to remove, the project turned out to be a little more complicated than we initially described; nonetheless, Walter held true to his initial price estimate. He mentioned how he felt it was important to keep his word, and “honor the initial commitment” as previously discussed. When it was time to execute, Walter and Patrick were punctual and showed up on time, they were extremely professional and responsive to any questions. Walter and Patrick did a fantastic job, I learned they had been doing this work for a long time and it showed in the quality of their service and end result. We couldn’t be more pleased with Morgan Screening. Initially the service was great. Then, the follow up was absolutely horrible. I contacted for additional assistance with the door and they never came back. BEWARE: "Took the Money and Ran". Have not returned to fix an issue with the door. Does not return calls or texts. I gave them several weeks to respond and have not gotten a response. I do not recommend their service at all.

It took a few weeks for them to get there but I called to see what was happening and said it would be good for me that day and they said ok and came right over. They got the work done pretty quickly. Fixed a number of screen panels around the pool.

Excellent service! Installer arrived when promised and called prior to arrival. Once work and price was agreed on, he began work immediately. Extremely efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!

My 10 year old screen enclosure looks brand new!! Walter’s crews removed the old screen, made corrections to the framing we requested, pressure cleaned and painted the cage. He then rescreened the enclosure and replaced all the door hardware. It looks great!! Thanks!!

excellent - services performed as requested - on time and on budget

I needed to have just 3 panels fixed for my pool. I called another company from Angie's List, and it was frustrating experience with that company. So I called and spoke with Walter, and he was very easy to get a hold of over the phone. He listened very well to what we needed done. He sent his team, and they did a great job. They showed up on time, and did the job within the time frame expected. They charged me what they said they were going to charge me.

service is always fast, on-time and done with the utmost professionalism. they use premium quality screening and do a beautiful job and the pricing is very fair.

I called at 7:30 A.M. with a request for an estimate. After giving Mr. Morgan the measurements, he gave me an estimate on the spot. When I pondered doing the job myself, I calculated the cost of a roll of screen, flat spline, the tools needed, the screen door and its parts (which must be purchased separately) as well as labor involved in drilling holes in the door, I realized the price of $385 was more than reasonable. His worker was here by 10:15 A.M. the same day. Despite the humidity, he worked until all was perfect. The workmanship was impeccable.

i left a message inquiring about screen repair yesterday and they called me back today. They came out this afternoon and did the repair. I would absolutely use them again and I recommend them highly.

This is my second time using Morgan's screening compnay, Walter is a wonderful person and has great communication! His work is excellent and when he says he will be there to start the job, he does! I would totally recommend, Walter even referred me to a wonderful company as I had to have my car garage motor replaced and again another excellent experience. Thanks Walter!
