I'm am currently located in a different state however Moore and Sons advised they could cut my lawn and then send me the invoice. I was very pleased with their professionalism. They performed the service and then e-mail me the invoice as they had promised. I will definitely use their service again.

It seems like this provider is good with price and services so long as you can get him to the job. As a property management service were used to babysitting contractors when it comes to invoices and ensuring quality of work.This provider in particular confirmed days and times with us and was a no call no show provider. Needless to say if you need work done within a certain time frame or done on time do not rely on this vendor.

I just relocated to Fort Lauderdale and was in need of a lawn care for weekly yard maintenance. From our first visit when quoting a price he was early. Very nice, courteous and extremely professional. The yard always looks so good. They are extremely fair in their pricing. Whenever I have a question the company always gets back to me same day. It is a treat to drive home and pull into the driveway after they have stopped by. Yard looks great and I never have to worry about anything.

Andre showed up the first day that I called and he gave me a reasonable estimate. He was courteous and prompt and punctual with the estimate. He was supposed to start on 6/17/2014. He never showed up. I tried to call and text several times. I left several voicemails and received no response. Finally last week, he returned my call to tell me that he had a work related injury. He apologized for not returning my call earlier and promised that he would cut my lawn first thing Monday morning (today 6/23). He never showed up, he never called and he's not picking up the phone or returning text messages. If this is how he treats a new client imagine how he treats his current clients? Stay away from this flacky landscaper.
Description of Work: He was supposed to begin monthly service at my home providing lawn cutting and hedge trim on a regular basis.

We have no issues at all. They come on a regular schedule and are very accommodating. We have been using them for about 9 months and there great.
Description of Work: I called after we were not happy with our landscapers. Mr. Moore came that morning, gave me an estimate for monthly lawn cutting. The price was cheaper and they guaranteed more work on my yard than the previous company.

I was selling my house and the closing was in a few days, I had already put all of my lawn equipment in storage and the lawn was getting very tall. I was able to talk to Mr. Moore who came out on very short notice to give me a price without me being there and then came by to mow the lawn the very next day at an extremely low/fair price! They mailed me an invoice afterwards to my new address. Highly recommended! :)

Description of Work: I found this service on Angie's List, and I have been having a hard time, trying to find a good lawn service! I've tried a couple of others, (not thru Angie's List) and I will continue to review. My first cut was 9-5-12, and they did an excellent job! The next day, I had them remove some old "bug destroyed" bushes, and replace with some he feels are more "bug resistant" and drought tolerant! There was a small issue with a shortage of bushes, (to be place in a "priority section", which will be done at no extra charge. My initial feeling with this service is that I am very pleased! I hope it stays that way! Andre was polite, professional, punctual, and I enjoyed the "open" communication, as I told him, that is a "high priority" to me! I hope to review in the future, and say: "Yep, their Still my Lawn Service"
