He diagnosed the problem (the old garage door opener died and couldn't be saved), resolved the issue quickly with a nice new install. Once it was done he left the place nice and tidy...and the price was right! I'm definitely going to call Master Lift for any future garage door services needed.

Came the same day our garage door was damaged and provided a quote very quickly, lower than two other companies. They explained the options well and were able to schedule the installation of the new impact resistant door and tracks for the very next day. They came when they said they would and the install went well. Overall I am very pleased with the door. There are a few cosmetic things like caulking around some parts of the outside frame that would have been nice, but those are minor quibbles.

They should try somehow to provide you with an estimate beforehand. He was trying to get an exact estimate, they only gave estimate on one springs not the other. One is broken but they said they normally change both. She expected $89-$149.00 which is what was quoted to them. And it ended up being double that. However, he did the work quickly and he was courteous.

After selecting a new replacement garage door opener and agreeing upon the price, he completed the job in a couple of hours and was on his way. I appreciated the fact that he explained what he was doing; did not try to pressure me into purchasing a more expensive/complex opener; and, he cleaned up his work area before departing. My garage door works great and I am one happy customer.
