Description of Work: We have used this vendor for all of our Mac repairs ranging from replacing batteries on MacBook Pro to replacing the motherboard in another MacBook Pro as well as Apple warrantee work.

 + -1 moreJames is an amazing technician and very helpful at explaining what you need and getting your computer back to you rapidly. I was very, very pleased with his service.
Description of Work: James worked on 2 of my Macs. He replaced a hard drive in my macbook pro and added RAM. He migrated everything from the old hard drive to the new hard drive. Laptop now runs like it did when it was new, and I now have 1 TB of space on my hard drive for countless photos and videos. He also examined my iMac. He was very nice to recommend replacement rather than repair. He made no money on this, which is how I know he had my best interest in mind.

Description of Work: Great response time and communication. Charged about the same as online ship-to competitors and did the work in half the time. My iPad 2 screen had been sat on and is now back I perfection. A+++++++

I have known James for years and have had him do work for me, build systems, create custom setups, etc.. Top notch technical service, honest to a fault, reasonably priced and on time delivery. In a world where most customer service is a bad joke, MacTech Pro is one of the few businesses I can count on to exceed my expectations. Highest recommendation for all Apple products owners.
