 + -1 moreThey've been in business forever. If there is any repairs that need to get done, they're right up front. They tell you "this is what I think you need, this is the price" and they leave the decision up to you and then you make the decision and pay for it. I get much better deals and much better service from this people. They are really good. The pricing is good.
Description of Work: Land & Sea Air Conditioning replaced my central air conditioning system three times. They did my son's air conditioning system once. They replaced all the duct work in this house once. And, they come annually to check everything up for me.

 + -1 moreThe idea about this light was actually great. They are pretty good. They were prompt and were very professional. They cleaned up after the job was over. I am really satisfied with their work. They were very reasonable with what they did as they did a lot of work.
Description of Work: I hired them to install a blue light in the air conditioning unit to kill the algae. The algae used to clog the line every year. They also checked the air conditioner.
