 + -1 moreWe only use them for the warranty. We have an extended warranty. Robert is an excellent technician. He is personable. He calls before he is coming and he tries to accommodate. He is very nice. Nicole also is very good. She answers the telephone.
Description of Work: We use Koldaire Air Conditioning. They did warranty repair the last time they came out.

 + -1 moreOverall, was a good experience. Oscar, the salesman, was very professional, nice and didn't waste a lot of my time trying to up-sell something I didn't need like other A/C salespeople. I've chosen Koldaire out of 10 different estimates and am very pleased with the service. The crew who installed the A/C did take a little longer than I anticipated, finishing in 1.5 days instead of 1, but had the A/C up and running for the night which was a nice relief. There also was a part that they couldn't finish for over a month (thus a grade of C on punctuality), but didn't stop the A/C from operating normally during the waiting period. Price to quality ratio was definitely on the positive side and I would recomend them to anyone I know.
Description of Work: Replaced the old A/C both outside and inside.
