Showed up on time. Provided estimate and did the work necessary the same day. Very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Came out the day after I contacted them. Checked the entire system and fixed all including broken underground pipe in 1 hour. Very happy!

First thing they spoke English!!! Checked on what was necessary. Adjusted heads, replaced heads and didn't try to make me put in a whole new sprinkler system Not like the first gentleman that came out. Only spoke Spanish And changed his bill three times and then got pissed because I said I had someone else coming out. J&S. Gentleman, excellent work. They were fast and professional. They knew exactly what my issue was. My grass is getting water again but better than before. They relocated some sprinkler heads to areas that is more efficient for water coverage.

Jarvis was the first to reach out for a pipe repair job and was able to come out on short notice! Pipe was repaired the same way Id have done it, if it werent for the tree stump removal company that broke it in the first place and didnt tell me! He also took care of a couple other problems so now the grass will be greener in the dead area out front that didnt have good coverage! Thanks Jarvis! $300 for everything, fair enough!

Jarvis was very professional and knowledgeable. We had another company come to repair our sprinkler pump but never showed up to finish the job. Jarvis had to not only try to figure out what the other company had done but then finish the repair. I will definitely use him again.

J&S Sprinkler started out good but ended up badly. My sprinkler system was leaking from one of the zones where it is connected to the pump. Jarvis did some digging, quickly located the problem, completed the work and tested the system checking for leaks. Everything seemed to be working properly so I paid Jarvis and thanked him for repairing my sprinkler system. However, the next day the very repair that Jarvis had worked on began leaking in the same manner, just as it had prior to his repair. I took a closer look at what he had done and I noticed that Jarvis had connected a black pipe onto a PVC elbow joint with glue !!!! resulting in the connection failing under pressure (see attached photos) I texted Jarvis, Sent him pictures and informed him of what had happened. Jarvis said he would come out in the morning. He never came back. I give, J&S Sprinkler the lowest possible rating one can give. I will not recommend this company to my family or friends ?..or anyone!!!!!

Fantastic, came out the next day. Super professional, cost effective, explained everything, fixed system issues everything was done within 48 hours of first call. Highly recommend!
