I had one broken sprinkler head that needed repair. I mentioned looking at 2 others and wanted a quote. The first quote was $170. That was unacceptable so they lowered it to $100. I was uncomfortable with this way of doing business but made the decision to try them since I needed it repaired. I should have known better.With this dry weather I have dry spots where the repaired sprinklers should be covering. The workers were polite but called into their boss a few times. I wonâ t use them again.

J&S was professional and prompt. After years of malfunctioning and broken sprinkler heads u decided to have them all repaired. J&S arrived on time and repaired all broken parts same day. Very reasonably priced as well. Happy with their service and would recommend.

The team did a fantastic job repairing two leaks in my underground sprinkler system, one was even under my driveway pavers. Pavers went back in and you can’t tell anything was done. They moved some sprinklers, uncapped some, and replaced all the heads to give me maximum water coverage. They showed up on time, were all very professional, and worked clean and fast. I would highly recommend J&S because they are fair, honest, and very nice people.

I thought I would have to replace multiple parts in the sprinkler system that he fixed in minutes at a very reasonable price. Will use him again when I have a problem and will highly recommend him. Very pleased with the service.

The repair could have been better. The care was not taken to make sure that dirt did not get into the funny tube being replaced and the grass and dirt were not put back very well. Plus the sprinkler head height was not set down to the grass level. Small things but it do say a lot about the professional care taken to do the best job possible. I thought it was a hurried job and not as professional as it could have been for the amount charged, as I am having to fix the repair area to make it like it was prior to the repair work. To follow up my previous review... Jarvis did fix the problem, as best he could. So I will say this, he was very professional and did the right thing. However, doing it right the first time was my expectation and not having to fix it the second time. Jarvis said that the repair should have been done the first time so that it looked like it was prior to the repair... this was not the case. The second time came close, but still, only about 80% corrected.
