Basically, I have two warranties on the house. I'm very disappointed with them. With one policy, I've been with them for over ten years, if not fifteen. But anyway, I called before I hired a new company; I called them and I asked them, I'm paying month to month, can I cancel at any time? And they said yes, since you pay month to month and you've been with us so long, yes I can cancel at any time I want. When I called them to cancel, they wanted me to pay the balance of the contract because otherwise they're not going to let me go. So basically, I'm going to have to pay the balance of the contract while I'm hiring a new company. I'm not very happy with that. Every time you call them, they give you a different excuse to not pay for repairs, and that's why I don't want to deal with them. They are one big, giant company, but - there are two I'm dealing with. All those companies are owned and operated by the same mother company. The service guy that came to fix the dryer was good, but the company overall I give an "F." That's why I want to leave them. For the company to resolve the problem, it's simply to honor what they told me, which was I can cancel any time I want to, instead of canceling on the year contract. They're awful.
