Good Services responded promptly on a Saturday morning. We needed help with a sliding door that would not open. They came to our home and provided an estimate that my wife an I were happy with. When we asked how soon the work could be completed, we were pleasantly surprised that they could do it right then and there. They were happy to show us exactly what was needed to repair the door even after we told them another door was starting to do the same thing as the first. This means that instead of being concerned with trying to get us to hire them again, they were willing to educate us on how to do it ourselves if we wanted to. Of course we are going to hire them again when we are ready to get the second door fixed. They are amazing professionals who were easy to talk to, friendly to my family, and quick to get the job done right.

After a phone call, Willy was able to arrive at our house in an hour. His work, along with the assistance of his lovely wife, was thorough, and they did not leave until the garage door was working perfectly. Willy and his wife are such nice, authentic people, and very knowledgeable and expert about garage doors, assemblies, and garage door openers. They called on Sunday, within an hour of my HomeAdvisor inquiry, and explained plainly that they would take a look at my issue and then give me a "fair quote". The next day, that's exactly what happened -- they arrived promptly on-time, listened to my description, took a look at everything, and then gave me a "fair quote", which I accepted. They spent 90 minutes working hard on my garage door, on the track that the roller wheels were slotted in (it needed to be fixed, having been vandalized by my tenant), and reconditioning my garage door opener. They tested the fixed equipment, showed me everything was in tip-top shape, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me follow-up information and explained that they stood by their work and that it was now "under warranty" that they stand behind. I wish Good Services Solutions did general contractor work -- I'd hire them as my first choice for anything, and am pleased to recommend them to you.

Very knowledgeable installer (Willy) and owner Valerie came out next day and fixed my slider which was making a horrible noise, replaced and adjusted the screen door and fixed my garage door which had been acting funny. Easy to work with and fair in price, I will use them again when I need to replace the garage door. I called them again today 4/25/19 and had them replace the garage door opener (motor) as it had gone bad. Reliable and helpful, easy to work with.

I asked for several estimates to have the sliding door fixed. Willy came with abundant of knowledge and was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. He came up with a price to have the door fixed which was very reasonable and it included a warranty. This makes the service even more solid. The repair was completed in less than an hour and was able to show us the problem and answered our questions during the repair.
