Willy was the serviceman, he came, gave me a quote (which was extremely high compared to what I had seen online) but he assured me it was a very complicated and specialized job. He was in and out within 30 minutes, no other service personnel was needed, just one person, no special equipment, just the part to be replaced which costs 40$, so his price of 380$ was ridiculous considering it took him 1/2 hour only. He deposited the check I wrote the same day, and he never wrote in the company name, he left it blank when he deposited, I do not even know if the company is aware.
