Octavio s work was even better than we hoped for. He was prompt , honest , expert drywall repair and cabinet repair. I will definitely hire him if we need anyone work done.

It went pretty well, the house was supposed to have undergone a "deep clean" which it definitely was not. For example, there was no effort to clean underneath appliances on the kitchen counter top - a spot that collects crumbs and other debris that I think should be cleaned during every cleaning session and absolutely during a "deep clean". We will give it another shot since she was very punctual and overall seemed to do a great job. Just would like to see a little more attention to certain areas and I would be fully happy.

Octavio was very prompt in returning my calls and showing up on time. Very professional and courteous as well. He reinforced the supporting beams underneath, measured and cut the floorboard, replaced it and covered it with the vinyl tile. All done very quickly.

I can't say enough about Octavio... everything was perfect from beginning to end. Octavio answered my call immediately and provided me with a quote within an hour or two. He was able to come in less than a week's time and worked all day Saturday and Sunday to have the job done before Thanksgiving. The gutters and roof were cleaned beautifully. And, despite the travertine being extremely dirty (and requiring extra not anticipated treatment), it came out looking brand new! Octavio is friendly, professional and has an amazing work ethic. I have already asked him for a quote on some future jobs... I recommend him as highly as one can be recommended!

My old garbage disposal was so rusty and jammed that I couldn't do it myself. After struggling for some minutes, Octavio managed to get the old ******* successfully removed and the new one installed (it is working like a charm).

First, as it relates to Futura, there should be a higher rating than "A". His work is beyond superior. Octavio is very responsive (which is more than can be said for most Florida contractors) and he's accommodating to anyone with a busy schedule. Second, his workmanship is perfection. He takes time (although not too much) to do the job right and thoroughly, including informing one of any exceptions or variations as well as providing recommendations. Third, but not any less importantly, he is honest and fair. The pricing has been completely reasonable. He's honest about what work he can do and what work is beyond his scope (rather than doing something just for the money, without any skill). I think the only reason Futura doesn't have more reviews is because his customers know that he's a great talent and they don't want him to become too busy for them. :) But he truly deserves the opportunity to do any work that you need, he won't disappoint. This is a glowing review, not because I know him in any way (I sent multiple requests & quotes to several contractors), it's because he deserves it for his exceptional work.

Emailed to schedule appt quickly, arrived on time, worked for about 3.5 hours, was happy to touch up a few things before leaving since there was time left. Unfortunately was supposed to have owner contact me about regular cleaning and also some handyman work, but never did. However communication was prompt and service punctual regarding the deal purchased.

It went very well. I was most impressed by: 1. Responsiveness - I was called immediately, and, even though I was purchasing a special deal, he made himself available right away. 2. Punctuality - He arrived when he said he would. 3. THIS MAN IS A TRUE GENTLEMAN. I cannot stress this enough in a society in which manners, courtesy, and respect have been all but abandoned. Many service providers could learn a lesson from this guy! I will definitely hire him again when I have other tasks. This guy is a winner!

It is the third time I hire this company. I needed different kind of jobs done in one of my properties... Packing and cleaning Replace a mold dry wall Replace some broken tiles Haul away debris and huge furniture. They always find the way to do the job on time and usually they have more than 2 people to do it fast and well done for the same price. They are always adaptable depening of my needs. If something doesn't resylt as planned, they take responsability and look for solutions no problems. Some.pics before and after...I am still working with them in this house.... Definitively I will hire them again. Super recommended...

Purchased the deal by paying the reserve fee of $25.50 on Angie's list. The company was very prompt and on time I was actually 5 min late. Zulma was very courteous and friendly and I explained a few trouble spots in the house and things I wanted to make sure she touched on. First being the wire shelves in the closet, the inside of the appliances, and the window cills. Zulma did a really great job in the kitchen and on the tile on the main floor. Bathrooms and pretty much everywhere she cleaned she did an excellent job. However I noticed she was on the top floor where she started for an extended period of time so I went upstairs to check on her and she mentioned that cleaning wire shelves was taking her a long time. I immediately told her to don't worry about it forget the shelves and continue with the rest of the home. My house is just over 2000 sq ft. The offer mention deep cleaning full house up to 2500 sq ft. I left her in the home with my number and asked her to call me when she was close to finishing. When she did I returned about ten minutes before she finished and once she completed the work she mentioned to me that she will have to charge me for the extra time. The appointment was for 8 am I cannot remember exactly what time she finished but I had another appointment at 230 so it was before then. I was surprised that I was being charged extra because I didn't see anything on the add that mentioned a time limit. She charged me $212 at the house to added to my reserve deposit the total was $237 for the cleaning. As I stated she did a very good job on the things she cleaned however in the kitchen the drawers were not cleaned same with the bathroom in the master bedroom. Also I had to go in and clean the window cill in one of the bedrooms and the window area in the shower area of the master bath and that window cill and two soap shelves in the master bath. Neither was the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. The house has no furniture yet so there was not much to distract away from these points. I am not completely satisfied with the service I received for this deep cleaning maybe If it was not advertised as such I wouldn't be as disappointed and then to pay extra for it was a surprise as well.

Badly, I paid for 1 person for 4 hrs 3 showed up in a rush and left in less than 2 hrs.... My new floor is covered in some horrible substance that shows every footprint, the showers are still dusty not even the toilet seat cleaned.. Highly disappointed!

The owner (sorry, I can't remember her name) is the person who arrived (on time) to my mother's home. She was lovely--polite, gracious, very respectful of my mom. She went right to work and worked hard for the next 3.5 hours. She did a nice job through out the home except for a small area around where my mom sits--not dusted, floor not as clean. I'm thinking she was trying not to disturb my mom. Nonetheless, I would/will ask her to come back again, but I would give her a little more precise direction. Regarding the "C" score I gave for "Price". I don't mean this to be a negative score, just an "average" score, meaning that the price is comparable to other prices in the area.
