The FCR Team is amazing. When Joe first came out to take a look at the issue, he was so knowledgeable about every issue that could possibly be going on without scaring us. He had all the tools and instruments available to make the process as quick as possible. When the team came out to remediate, they were so detailed and precise with thier containment. It was clear that they were real professionals and cared about thier work product. The office staff was wonderful and helped explain every step of the process and made everything easy. I hope I never need mold remediation services again, but if I do, there is no other choice on who I will call.

The team worked efficiently together and was careful not to damage my kitchenware and appliances. They kept me abreast of the process and any concerns that arose. They isolated the area to prevent dust and hazards spreading beyond the area of concern. They removed the debris promptly. I highly recommend their services.
