I've never been taken advantage of so badly. I had an irrigation company come out when I first moved into my residence, approximately a year ago. That company did a complete service, including: unclog all heads, adjust some heads, repaired a broken line (digging and replacing pipe). His total cost was about $100. So when my lawn guy made recommendations for this company I figured around the same price so why bother calling back the first company. WRONG! 4 hours of work at $50 an hour!! I could've done the work that needed to be done in half the time, and they're supposed to be experts? UPDATE: I just saw that the company replied and felt it necessary to respond, even though it has been a couple of years. Apparently his repairman was not honest because there was no major digging done on this job, on that day by this company. In 2017 I had a company come out, dug out a line and replaced several heads and the system has never run better. All that at half the price.
