Description of Work: I had mold remediation performed and they were excellent. Communicative, professional and kept me informed the whole way through the process. I don't live in the state where the remediation was done so I had to trust them. Have just seen the work and am impressed. They encountered additional "issues" and discussed them with me including all options. Mike and Allen are fantastic.

Description of Work: From the first contact with Josh at Discreet, to the actual work being done, this company was Professional - with a capital 'P.' They removed mold in the ceiling of my utility room, disposed of materials, cleanup, fungicidal coating and disinfectants. They left the room immaculate. There was absolutely no debris anywhere. The gentlemen who should up were extremely pleasant and professional. The price was a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for and I got excellent service.

Description of Work: I had water leaks around several windows and wet drywall inside the house. I also had a mold/moisture issue inside my home. They rerouted my gutters and placed fans underneath the house (accessed through an extremely tight and narrow crawl space). The cost was perhaps on the higher end, but their punctuality, professionalism, high quality craftsmanship and excellent communication made it all worthwhile. The work was meticulously done and they were very careful about minimizing the dust and cleaning up after themselves. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: We took the drywall off in one place in our Florida room because we saw some mold spots and it ended up that the whole Florida room had mold in the walls and also an adjacent room was found to have mold too. They came out right away, gave us and estimate, showed up when they were supposed to, were very thorough and worked very hard to eliminate EVERY trace of mold. They left an air scrubber on for 3 days and when we had the mold detection guy come back and re-test, everything tested clean and inside air was normal. We heard some horror stories later from other friends and we are So glad that we found Discreet Restoration on Angie's List. We are very happy with all work and the professionalism of the team.

Josh came out almost immediately after we called Discreet Restoration to assess our needs and prepare us an estimate for all the mold remediation we needed in our home. We needed the work done right away as I was 6 months pregnant and also have a young daughter. This was no issue for Discreet, Josh was able to provide us with an estimate the next day and then start the work almost immediately. Josh and his crew very extremely professional, timely and thorough. They not only took absolute care of all our mold issues but they did so promptly and pleasantly, communicating the next steps at all times. I highly recommend Discreet Restoration for any Mold Remediation work. Again, they were very thorough and kept us informed the whole way through. Josh was genuinely concerned for our welfare and when they were all done, our home testing clean of any mold spores. Thank you SO MUCH Josh and your team at Discreet Restoration!!!

Josh Winton came as scheduled, sent a/c and duct cleaners as scheduled, cleaned entire apt, re-mediated mold on wall of kitchen and bathroom, coated air ducts.

We called Josh after discovering moldy drywall in our master bathroom. He was very professional, honest and efficient. He came out to give us an estimate the day we called, even though it was the weekend. The work was completed on schedule with no problems. They completed the initial scope of the remediation before we had received the results of our initial air tests. When we got those results, they showed high levels of toxic mold in the air, so we quickly called Josh back for some additional scope. He was very accomodating and returned that same day. When we brought the hygenist back for the second set of air tests we passed with flying colors.
Description of Work: Removed moldy drywall and insulation in master bath. Contained contaminated area. Cleaned all surfaces in master bathroom and master bedroom with HEPA vacuum and anti-bacterial solution under negative air pressure. Used air scrubbers to purify air in master bath, bedroom and living room.

It went fantastic. Josh did the work, and he is the best contractor of all catagories that we have dealt with in the last 10 years. He is a professional, responsible, communicates extremely well and listens to his customers. If we had any problems in the future we would definitely call Josh.
Description of Work: Discreet Restorations fixed the mold problem inside the wall between the bathroom and office due to a leaking pipe. They evaluated the mold damage, gave an estimate and repaired the problem. They had to remove the lower part of the wall, the carpet and the floor board. They used an air scrubber and dehumidifier to dry the mold. They also let it air dry for three days. They hung a plastic sheeting to prevent the mold from spreading and directed the air into a heepa filter.
