We got 415 square feet tile on close-out sale. In four boxes all the tiles were broken. The sales associate promised us to have the replacement tiles delivered by 10/7/16 to the store. On 10/10/16, she told my husband that the tiles were ordered from the wrong place and we would not get them even by 10/15./16. Our house is a construction zone and half of our kitchen/dining room is tiled. We are extremely nervous that we will not get the tile and it will cost us lots of extra money and time to have the tile removed and new tile laid. I never would buy anything from D and B.

There was a back order on the tile, as soon as it came in they gave me a call, excellent service.

I saved a lot. They were very accomidating. I highly recommend them.

They have alot of knowledgeable people working there and lots of inventory. I plan on buying more tile soon.

excellent service, attentive, recommendations to well suit our needs

We were looking for a very unique look for our bathroom remodel. We found a beautiful tile that has cross sections of shells embedded in limestone. Our rep Rob Apakian, was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. We thought their prices were very competitive and will definitely use them in the future.

I've seen their work in another house and I liked the flooring so I had them do the job.

They have a good selection and they were very helpful recommending things to go with things like trim and all that kind of stuff. They were knowledgeable about their products. In the store they were professional.

They are excellent. As far the tile I ordered them and I am waiting for that to come in and as soon as they come in and they came and do the work. When I go there they have all tiles to look at it. They are responsive. I would use them again.

I would highly recommend them. I have used them on three different projects in my house in the last 10 years and they have been wonderful. The sales people were very knowledgeable and they helped me to select appropriate tile based on what my needs were and the maintenance I wanted to do afterwards. They helped to confirm on an installer that had worked with them. They were also very helpful when I had left over material that wasn’t opened and they took it back with no questions. The people that did the work were good, I have no complaints about them, and they were very good service providers. Their price was very competitive. I did not have a problem with their punctuality.

D & B Tile Distributors also recommended other people for the shower and glass. The tiles are fine and the service was fine. They were knowledgeable. The guy explained to me that there are different grades of grout and what to use with it. We went to 10 different places and their price was the same so I would say their price is indifferent. Their sales people have been there a long time and they are very knowledgeable. They did whatever they said they would do. They ordered something for me and it got here before the date they had expected. We had also used them in the 1980s and the sales people were different but the service was just as good. The people they recommended were also good.

After finally getting our tile they delivered it to us in a timely matter and carried it upstairs for me.

The ordering process was simple and the delivery was quick. We had a different tile installer come do the work but the tile is great and was at a great price. They had a huge selection and since there are stores in DADE and BROWARD counties it was very easy to have it ordered and delivered.
