Mr McLauglin was a true tech wonder. I was so frustrated and didn't understand some of the new features in Windows 10, plus there were other technical issues that had been building up. I had been trying to resolve them for hours which then turned into days. He was able to fix everything in just a short period of time from changing defaults, to associating my computer with other devices and transferring data. Another personal asset: He had the patience of Job in answering questions (sometimes more than once) to ensure I had understanding of what was taking place. The results were proof that I feel he was worth every penny.

Bryan from Brytech arrived on time and was very professional , He removed all virus and malware programs that were on my laptops and gave us some valuable tips for avoiding the same issues in the future. He spent almost 2 hrs in my home which was one of the reasons i chose him , he is also a small business owner and as a former small business owner i can appreciate the services that he provided. To me the fact that he comes to you to deliver his services is awesome and worth every penny. I would Highly recommend his services and will use him again if needed.

Everything went fine. We have used Bryan's services several times to diagnose issues with previously owned computers and asked him for technical advice when it was time to purchase new computers and software, including the computer he installed on this visit. He is punctual,professional, pleaseant and his prices are extremely reasonable. We are thrilled he is now an Angie's List provider and wish him plenty of well-deserved success.

It went as well as it could, as it has with BryTech for the ten or so years that I have been dealing with them. The owner, Bryan, is: Intelligent, as honest as they come, and a pleasant decent person. I have been in Business over 40 years and Bryan is the best vendor I have ever used period, in any area. There is no doubt in my mind that anyone using Bryan will have the same result.

I called Bryan on Memorial Day, when my computer became infected with a virus. He called me back that evening and made an appointment for the following day. He showed up at the prescribed time, took a look at my computer, and told me that he didn't think he would need to disconnect the machine, and take it back to his place to clean it up and that he could do it at my home in about an hour. He stayed with the computer the entire time until the damage was repaired and installed Norton Security. He was done in about an hour and his fee was extremely reasonable. He came recommended by a neighbor, who had used him several times before and told me that he was reliable,honest, trustworthy, and prompt. That was my experience, too, and I would not hesitate to use him again.
