Description of Work: Installed and moved a TV on the wall,painted the patio ceiling and some walls, regrouted the shower floor. I wanted part of the wall and ceiling painted but it showed a lot. The white paint was faded,so they painted the ceiling and some walls.I would have payed more money to have all the patio walls painted but I did not realize what happened. Also there are a couple places the grout needs fixing. All in all the work was profesionaly done. They really worked fast and were very pleasant. I may call them to do the two projects I mentioned.

Description of Work: My first experience with Angies List. I have to say if all the vendors are as great as Angelo, this is awesome. We gave Angelo a list to complete and he did it all in the allotted time. He did anything I asked. I am not handy at all. We had things that needed to be done in years. If you are like me, call Angelo and he will fix everything!!!!! Thanks again Angelo..You did an awesome job!!!!!!!

Description of Work: As always, I hire Broward County Maintenance to handle furniture assembly, hanging up pictures, putting up curtain rods and all similar jobs. They are always efficient and careful, packing in the most work possible in their 4 hour time frame. They are very pleasant and professional; they have good judgement in placement of objects.

+ -1 moreIt went splendidly. The providers were professional and friendly. They worked as a team and did all the things on the agenda and did even more things with left over time. They even broke up all the packing boxes and material and took them down to the building dumpsters. They swept up and left things much cleaner than they were.
Description of Work: assembled lots of furniture,installed benches, bidets, new toilet seats, new shower heads, ceiling fans, moved furniture, suggested placement of crucial pieces.

Throughout the job I had many questions and enjoyed watching the progress which they never had any problems or issues with. At all times I was comfortable having them in my home, while I was there and during the day while at work . Mid way through the project I requested that additional work be added to the project scope which there were no issues with. The entire project was finished within the time frame originally agreed upon and exceeded my expectations. Their original bid was very competitive compared to others that I had requested. In the event I need further handyman work at my current home or another I would be happy to use Broward Property Maintenance once again and happily recommend them to any friend or family member.
Description of Work: Broward Property Maintenance painted the inside of my home, upstairs and downstairs(approx. 1000 sq ft) Repaired damaged drywall where needed. New floor/ceiling crown molding was added and caulked. Replaced the kitchen cabinets, and repaired ceiling fans and chandelier . Upstairs bathroom renovated along with cabinets. Custom made TV wall frame constructed and mounted.

I had damaged drywall, walls in need of paint and some crown molding that I wanted installed in my living room. Some of the doors weren't operating properly and needed attention. I have to say everything was done in a professional manner. They were clean and punctual. And they did great work. They did exactly what they said they would and on time. I feel they gave me a fair price and I would highly recommend them
