Great service. Angelo John (Owner) is very professional, efficient, organized and knowledgable. Being a former contractor, he has the skills needed to do a job correctly, without continual trips back and forth to the hardware store. He's also very allergic to cats, ( and I have...a few ) but is still more than willing to come back and work on my kitchen! I'm looking forward to hiring him again soon.

It went absolutely great. Angelo and his partner are very professionals, have a great attitude, work fast but accurate and are very easy going. I felt like a family member was helping me. I will use them for another project and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

This company is excellent.They arrived at the exact time specified. Both the boss and his assistant were very polite and professional.

He did a very good job. He came out during the summer in July or August. He wasn't able to do too much but he was able to do a little bit. He moved a ceiling fan into another room. He had a helper also, there were two of them. I would give them a B simply because they weren't able to do everything. His skills are limited. His services are pretty limited. For the most part he was pretty competent and very helpful.

eProvider was prompt, courteous, and professional. Work done was of excellent quality. So much so that I scheduled them to come back on three separate occasions. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a handyman.

It was on the expensive side, but the workmanship was excellent.

The work was fine. I think he up sold me though. I used the deal within a week. There were additional costs. I added another job.

All went well. Angelo brought a worker with him. They were prompt And went straight to work. They did not stop. Ran into a snag with the toilet, which I needed to get a plumber for but Angelo went with the flow and completed the work I asked him to do. He cleaned up after themse

Angelo and his helper arrived promptly at the designated time. They were very professional and performed all items on the list. Everything was done satisfactorily.

They did great work and we would hire them again. He was honest in telling us that he knew basic electrical work and couldn't do the kitchen switches/outlets. We appreciated the honesty. We would hire him again in the future.

Most impressive: Angelo gave good advice how to improve the storage area and with my okay (and cash) went out to purchase items and returned quickly. Meanwhile his partner Jeff continued to fulfill the list of tasks I had requested. I believe that Angelo is very responsive to the needs of us customers because he immediately purchased a special tool to improve the results of something I needed. He said, '...other customers are asking for the same type of work."

When they first arrived they said they could not do the work. They thought it was just hanging a new door, not actually installing new frame and door. I think of hanging door as "a new frame". Why would I pay $299 to hang a door on existing frame. That would take maybe 1/2 hour. In any case, they did it, and the job was done right.

They fixed all the outside lightings with the exception of one. They couldn't get one running. So, in order to do that, they had to cut through my lawn and do blah blah blah. Of course, the light came on that night. They were okay. Not wonderful but okay. They were very accommodating. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. What they did was fine. They were very responsive. They were right on time.

They were very efficient and completed the jobs I had well before the time frame I paid for.

It was ok. They split the 8 hours in 2 because 2 people show up. There is only 1 gentleman with the skill and the other dries the wall and packs the garbage, so you don't really get 8 hours, non-the-less.

It went great! Angelo and Jeff were fun and worked fast! Angelo was able to modify towel bars and shades that I bought that were the incorrect size and he made them fit. They were able to get everything done that I had asked and when I had more Angelo came back the next week and finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would definitely refer them to friends!

Fantastic company Angelo and his work mate did a quality job on everything we asked for. Would be more than willing to use his company again. I would give them a Triple A rating.

Angelo John is a professional and the best you can ask. He and his team mate came in did the job cleaned up and it was perfect. I will use Broward Property Maintenance again hands down! The Best

I called to ask a few questions regarding their capabilities and whether or not they could do the things I had on my list. I first called at noon and he, Angelo I believe, said he was at a customer's house, and rather than take down my number, told me to give him a call after 4. Ok, I did that. When I called at 4:30, he was available. I need my front door replaced, and he even said he would go to Home Depot and pick up the door for me because I have a small car, with the understanding that it would come out of the allotted time for the deal, which I of course understood. Good so far, I moved on to the rest of my list. He gave me straightforward answers about a few things, telling me I should call a plumber for my relief valve, an electrician for the electric problems I'm having, which I appreciated. Then, I asked about my screened-in patio, which is where the call went south for me. There are holes in the screen and it needs to be replaced. He asked if it would require a ladder, to which I said yes, and that I have a 10 foot ladder already out there. He said, "Not that the screen is something we can't do, but we're getting older and have back and neck issues, so if we have to reach up above shoulder height from a ladder, that's something I would choose to say no to." While I appreciate the honesty, I can't help but think being a handyman would require you to "reach up from a ladder" on a daily basis. He made it clear that they do ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. - wouldn't all of those require reaching up from a ladder? I found it very bizarre and personally, off-putting. So as I said, I did not buy the deal knowing that something as simple as having to reach up above shoulder height was going to be an issue. I would have rather heard, "No, that is not within the realm of our capabilities" than "Well, we CAN do that, but not for you." It seems a bit odd to tell a potential client that you're capable of doing what they need, but unwilling to do it. Again, I did not use the service, which I noted in the question above. Also - if you're looking into the $299 for 8 hours of labor deal, you should know that it is actually 4 hours for 2 workers, not actually a full day of working. I understand why, but it should probably be noted in the deal. Update: The company seemed to be under the impression that the screen I needed replaced was over a pool....it's a small outdoor patio that has an aluminum roof, with no pool, just some torn screen on the sides that needs to be replaced. I have no idea what gave them the impression that it was a monstrous patio with a pool. It is only a couple feet taller than the ceiling fans that I was told could be replaced with no problem. I suppose if he had asked if I had a pool, or how tall the patio was, he would know that.

It was wonderful. He did a great job. he was honest reliable and professional. I couldn't say enough about him. it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend him.

He wanted me to go get the hardware and lumber to save time, but I’m not confident in doing so myself. I could pick out the wrong things and have to go back to the hardware store 15 minutes away, so it wouldn’t save time. He made it seem like a very big job, although it’s just fixing hardware on a door. He’s the expert, not me. If he’s the only one there, I wouldn’t use them again. If there are a lot of guys there, I might consider them again.

They were great. They came within a day or two and they went and picked up the merchandise from Lowes rather than me having to do it. They also took away the old toilets. They were very accommodating.

Angelo and his helper Jeff were efficient, clean, punctual, courteous, personable. Angelo responded immediately after my initial contact, and we talked through the project thoroughly. And his work was excellent. I highly recommend Angelo and his service.
