I found Angelo on Angi's list and I searched for reviews on Google. I’m always hesitant about hiring people for handyman work because I worry about getting ripped off. But Angelo put my mind at ease by being upfront and detailed about what he would do, how long it would take, and the cost. His pricing seemed fair, so I decided to hire him. He fixed a sticking door, repaired drywall, secured a loose closet rack, and installed a light fixture. He came fully prepared with all the necessary tools, worked neatly, and everything turned out great. I’ll definitely hire him again!

Angelo was really great! I needed one of my exhaust fans replaced and he was very informative, timely, responsive, and the got the job done in less than 15 minutes. I would recommend him as well as use him for other projects in the future.

Simply awesome. Needed a few different things done in my apartment and Angelo was prompt and professional. He works quick and you tell he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction/home improvement realm. Definitely recommend

Description of Work: As always, I hire Broward County Maintenance to handle furniture assembly, hanging up pictures, putting up curtain rods and all similar jobs. They are always efficient and careful, packing in the most work possible in their 4 hour time frame. They are very pleasant and professional; they have good judgement in placement of objects.

Description of Work: I had several conversations with the provider and his story changed each time with regard to how long the work would take and how much he could get done in the allotted time. It got ridiculous and we agreed to void the contract and get my money back from Angie's list which I did do.

Description of Work: Was just browsing through Angie's list for another service and went back to read all of the comments for Broward Property Maintenance. I am very surprised to see nothing but positive reviews, as I was very pleased with their level of service, punctuality and professionalism. As far as the second gentleman goes, I found him to be very pleasant and did a whole lot more then hold the dryer and garbage bags. When my work was performed, he painted and did half of the work in my bathroom. They were so nice I felt like I needed to say something and post a comment.

Description of Work: I paid for a full day. I was told that would be 2 men working for 4 hours. I got a man and a teenager, The teenager was "learning" could not do anything, did not know tools etc. Basically I paid for 8 hours work and got 4
