Description of Work: I had several conversations with the provider and his story changed each time with regard to how long the work would take and how much he could get done in the allotted time. It got ridiculous and we agreed to void the contract and get my money back from Angie's list which I did do.

Description of Work: The gentlmen Angelo (owner) came up with excuses not to the job. Pretty easy job just hanging a ceiling fan. Very disapointed!

Description of Work: Angelo removed shelves from pantry and replaced them after work was done in pantry. |He installed selves in bedroom, hung a wall clock, changed batteries in smoke detectors |and removed and reinstalled dishwasher.

Description of Work: Was just browsing through Angie's list for another service and went back to read all of the comments for Broward Property Maintenance. I am very surprised to see nothing but positive reviews, as I was very pleased with their level of service, punctuality and professionalism. As far as the second gentleman goes, I found him to be very pleasant and did a whole lot more then hold the dryer and garbage bags. When my work was performed, he painted and did half of the work in my bathroom. They were so nice I felt like I needed to say something and post a comment.

Description of Work: I paid for a full day. I was told that would be 2 men working for 4 hours. I got a man and a teenager, The teenager was "learning" could not do anything, did not know tools etc. Basically I paid for 8 hours work and got 4
